Cardinals WR DeAndre Hopkins is set for surgery to repair a torn MCL, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Hopkins is expected to be sidelined for 6 weeks, so he'll probably need Arizona to reach the NFC Championship to have a chance to play again this season.
