It'll be interesting to see if Commanders HC Ron Rivera hands the reigns back over to QB Taylor Heinicke for Week 18 vs. the Cowboys. That might be the only hope fantasy managers playing beyond this week have for this bunch.

His 67.9% route rate (according to Pro Football Focus) was a little higher than usual but still not high for the position. A Week 12 matchup with the Falcons makes Thomas worth a shot if you have a TE need. Just keep in mind it was only the 2nd time this year he has caught more than 3 passes. The previous 2 games found Thomas totaling just 2 catches and 12 yards among 7 targets. Washington collected just 191 passing yards vs. Houston, as QB Taylor Heinicke completed 15 of 27 passes.
