Breece Hall out again Thursday, expects to play Sunday

Jets RB Breece Hall (ankle) missed his second straight practice on Thursday. He told reporters afterward, though, that he expects to play vs. the Texans this weekend. Hall can stay penciled into Week 14 fantasy lineups for now. We'll see how he's listed on the final injury report tomorrow.
