Ricky Pearsall Uncertain For Week 5

49ers WR Ricky Pearsall is iffy for Thursday night's game against the Rams after injuring his right knee in the Week 4 loss to the Jaguars. (He dealt with soreness in his left knee last week.) Pearsall spent some time in the medical tent after landing hard on his knee yesterday. He tried to return but lasted just one play before exiting again. "I fell pretty hard on my knee," Pearsall said afterward. "I was just feeling pain and a little bit of instability. I wasn't trying to mess with it." Shanahan on Pearsall on Monday: "They're thinking more of a minor PCL or something like that is what our guess is, just landing on it hard. Hopefully it won't be too bad. Obviously, a huge concern with the Thursday night game and stuff, but we're not expecting it to be too bad." We'll keep you updated on Pearsall over the next few days, but fantasy owners should have another option lined up for Week 5.
