Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy (shoulder) is "looking good" to play in Week 3, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Rapoport adds that Worthy would play with a harness to protect a fully torn labrum. We have to believe that Worthy will be at considerable risk of re-injuring that shoulder. But we'll look for further updates on his status and track his practice participation next week.
