Jaguars WR Christian Kirk (groin) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Titans. He was seemingly close to making it back for this one and will likely be able to play next weekend if Jacksonville takes the AFC South with a win today.

Jaguars WR Zay Jones (knee, hamstring) "should play" vs. the Titans today, while WR Christian Kirk (groin) is "less certain," according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. We'll get Jacksonville's inactives around 11:30 am ET, but it sure sounds like Kirk will be operating at far less than 100% if he ends up playing. We'd try to avoid him in season-long fantasy lineups. He's a risky DFS play, even at deflated price tags.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that the Jaguars plan to activate WR Christian Kirk from IR ahead of Sunday's game against the Titans. Kirk has been out a month following core-muscle surgery. He's questionable for the game and considered a game-time decision. We'd guess that if Kirk is active, he should be ready for something close to his normal role. Of course, we can all only guess at that, barring further reports of his expected use. The month off plus QB Trevor Lawrence's right-shoulder injury compound the risk for Kirk as a fantasy play. He's interesting as a DFS flier -- because of extremely cheap salaries on both DraftKings and FanDuel -- but you'll have to consider the risk-reward of playing Kirk in season-long formats.

Jaguars WR Christian Kirk (groin) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Titans after a limited week of practice. He’s been out since early-December core-muscle surgery. We’ll see whether Jacksonville activates Kirk on Saturday afternoon. If he plays, he’d be a risk/reward fantasy start coming off the groin injury and with QB Trevor Lawrence set to play through his throwing-shoulder injury.

Jaguars WRs Christian Kirk (groin) and Zay Jones (knee, hamstring) were limited in Wednesday's practice. Kirk was just designated to return from IR after early-December core-muscle surgery; Jones missed last week's game with his injuries. We'll keep tabs on these two leading up to Sunday's must-win game vs. the Titans.

Jaguars WR Christian Kirk has been designated to return from IR. He's missed the past four games after undergoing core-muscle surgery. Kirk is eligible to play vs. the Titans this weekend, although it's still unclear if he'll be ready. Kirk averaged 7.6 targets, 5.1 catches, 69 yards, and 0.3 TDs over the first 11 games of the season. Per the NFL Media Research Department, QB Trevor Lawrence has completed 68% of his passes with 14 TDs vs. seven INTs in games with Kirk this year vs. a 57% completion rate, five TDs, and five INTs without Kirk.

The Jaguars placed WR Christian Kirk (groin) on IR. That knocks him out for at least the next four games, meaning he can be safely dropped from all redraft rosters. Kirk would have a chance to return if Jacksonville makes a run in the playoffs. And his 2024 offseason shouldn't be impacted by this injury. He's signed with the Jaguars for two more seasons, although he'll likely need to restructure his current contract to bring down the $24.4 million 2024 cap hit. Kirk ranked 24th among WRs in PPR points through 12 healthy weeks this year.

Multiple reports say Jaguars WR Christian Kirk is expected to need surgery for a core-muscle injury he suffered on the first play of Monday night's loss to the Bengals. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport says "rehab for a core muscle issue is generally about eight weeks." The fantasy season, of course, has just four (in most leagues) or five weeks left. Kirk hasn't finalized the surgery plan yet and is still getting medical opinions. So you might want to wait for confirmation before dropping him. But plan on missing the Jacksonville wideout for the rest of the year. Zay Jones gets a boost in Kirk's absence, but he must also contend with QB Trevor Lawrence's injury and a challenging matchup with the Browns and Ravens the next two games. His Week 17 matchup with Carolina has also been bad for WR scoring this season. Week 16 at Tampa Bay looks good, at least. Jones currently sits just 52nd in our Week 14 PPR WR rankings. He's not likely to climb a lot higher even if Lawrence gets cleared. And he's not likely to climb beyond WR4 territory (if that high) in our Week 15 rankings. Keep all that in mind as you decide whether to go after Jones on the waiver wire this week. Rookie WR Parker Washington also came out of nowhere for a 6-61-1 receiving line against the Bengals after Kirk's injury. He might remain relevant for PPR leagues while Kirk is out, but we'd like to see at least one more game before trusting him in redraft lineups outside of deep leagues.

Jaguars HC Doug Pederson said Tuesday that WR Christian Kirk will miss time with the groin injury he suffered in Monday night's loss to the Bengals. We'll look for a more concrete timetable for Kirk's return, but we can at least rule him out for this weekend's game vs. the Browns. Rookie WR Parker Washington replaced Kirk vs. Cincinnati, catching all six of his targets for 61 yards and a score. But he's not a viable fantasy play assuming it's QB C.J. Beathard at the helm this weekend. WR Calvin Ridley, WR Zay Jones, and TE Evan Engram should pick up extra targets with Kirk out.

Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence has a sprained right ankle and will undergo additional testing on Tuesday, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero. Lawrence was in a walking boot after the loss to the Bengals but was able to stand at his locker, per NFL Network's Cameron Wolfe. We should get an update on Lawrence's injury and timeline for return later today. QB C.J. Beathard played pretty well in relief of Lawrence on Monday, completing nine of 10 passes for 63 yards. Still, Lawrence's absence would be a significant downgrade for all of Jacksonville's skill-position players.

Jaguars WR Christian Kirk injured his groin on a 26-yard catch on the team's first play of Monday night's game vs. the Bengals. He limped back to the locker room and is officially questionable to return. We'll update Kirk's status when we know more.

Update: Kirk has been ruled out.

Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence faceplanted against San Francisco, mustering only 185 yards on 17-of-29 passing. He added 2 picks. Christian Kirk went off for 6 grabs and 104 yards, but no other pass catcher reached 30 yards. Through nine games, Lawrence has yet to top 2 passing scores, so it’s no surprise he hasn’t reached 20 fantasy points in a game. Even beyond the tough 49ers matchup, Lawrence will face one of the most challenging rest-of-season QB schedules. He’ll remain outside QB1 range when our Rest of Way Rankings are updated on Monday.

Jaguars WR Zay Jones (knee) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the 49ers. He got in three limited practices this week, so Jones should have a shot to return for Week 11. But WR Christian Kirk, WR Calvin Ridley, and TE Evan Engram should continue to dominate targets this weekend.

Jaguars WR Zay Jones (knee) remained sidelined in practice all week and is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Steelers. WR Christian Kirk, WR Calvin Ridley, and TE Evan Engram should again be Jacksonville’s top three targets in that one.

ESPN's Adam Schefter calls Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence "uncertain" for Thursday night's game vs. the Saints with his knee sprain. Lawrence's injury “is not a significant thing," a source tells Schefter. But the short turnaround comes at a bad time. We'll keep you updated on Lawrence's status over the next few days. QB C.J. Beathard is Jacksonville's backup.

Jaguars WR Christian Kirk caught just three balls on 6 targets in Sunday's win over the Colts. But his 49 yards were enough to lead the team on a limited offensive day (233 total yards). WR Calvin Ridley drew a team-high 8 targets but managed just 30 yards on 4 receptions. TE Evan Engram was the only other Jaguar with more than 3 receptions.
