Gruden is coming off a failed stint as Washington's HC but did help the Redskins to top-17 finishes in total yards in each of his first 4 seasons, including a 3rd-place finish in 2016. Prior to that, Gruden spent 3 years as Cincinnati's OC. Those teams ranked 20th, 22nd and 10th in total yards. The big question in Jacksonville this offseason is what will happen at QB between Nick Foles, Gardner Minshew and potentially a rookie or free-agent addition.

The Jaguars have fired OC John DeFilippo after just 1 season. The 2019 Jags ranked 20th in total yards, 19th in yards per play and 26th in points. The offense, of course, lost QB Nick Foles to a broken collarbone in Week 1 and rolled with 6th-round rookie QB Gardner Minshew most of the year. We'll see who HC Doug Marrone tabs as his new OC.
