Raiders HC Klint Kubiak singled out WR Tre Tucker while discussing the team's WR room, calling him a quiet leader whose hard work and play style have rubbed off on the younger WRs. Tucker, a 2023 third-round pick with blazing 4.40 speed, now has the longest Raiders tenure of any WR on the team.

Vikings QB J.J. McCarthy averaged just 22 pass attempts across his first three starts this season. That vaulted to 42 attempts in Sunday's loss to the Ravens. McCarthy completed just 20 of those throws (47.6%) for 248 yards, 1 TD, and 2 INTs. He added 48 yards on five rushes, leading Minnesota in ground yards for the game.

Vikings WR Jalen Nailor (hand) put in a full week of practice and will play vs. the Bears on Monday night. He’ll take on an increased role with WR Jordan Addison serving the first of his three-game suspension, but Nailor should not be in season-long fantasy lineups.

The Vikings are "optimistic" that they'll have WR Jalen Nailor for their Monday night opener vs. the Bears, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. Nailor has been working back from a hand injury suffered in mid-August.

After a week or so of rumors, the Panthers and Vikings have finally worked out a trade to send WR Adam Thielen back to Minnesota. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Vikings will get Thielen, a conditional seventh-round pick for 2026, and a fifth-round pick for 2027. The Panthers will get a 2026 fifth-rounder and a 2027 fourth-rounder.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Vikings WR Jordan Addison has been suspended for the first three games of the 2025 season for violating the league’s Substance Abuse Policy.

The Vikings selected Maryland WR Tai Felton with the 102nd pick of Round 3 in the 2025 NFL Draft. At nearly 6'1, 186 pounds, he’s a plus athlete with inside/outside versatility. Felton also brings an advanced route-running repertoire. Felton stayed four years at Mayland and boosted his production in each of the past three seasons. His final season truly stood out. Despite poor QB play, Felton racked up 96 catches, 1,124 yards, and 9 TDs. He posted strong market shares: 30.4% of the team’s catches, 34% of the receiving yards, and 42.8% of the receiving TDs. Felton also led Maryland in receiving yards and receiving TDs as a junior. He had a 9.62 Relative Athletic Score (RAS) based on his pre-draft testing. He also ranked fifth among Combine WRs in 2024 Target Share at 30.7%, and 20th among those WRs in PFF receiving grade with an 80.2. He enters the league at 22 after breaking out at age 20.5. Vikings WR Justin Jefferson scored for the third straight game in Sunday's victory over Houston. He was one of four Minnesota players to catch TD passes from QB Sam Darnold in the victory. Jefferson led the team in targets (8), receptions (6), and yards (81).

Vikings WR Jordan Addison (ankle) is out for Sunday's game vs. the Texans. His absence last week turned WR Jalen Nailor into a full-time player. He ran a route on 97% of pass plays, catching three of four targets for 54 yards and a score. He's in play as a WR4 in deep fantasy leagues.

Vikings WR Jordan Addison has been ruled out with a right ankle injury for Week 2. Addison injured his left ankle during training camp and dealt with that injury for most of camp. In Week 1, Addison injured his right ankle and did not practice all week.

It all suggests that he'll be close to or at 100% for Sunday's opener vs. the Giants. That's good news for a Vikings offense that will be without TE T.J. Hockenson. Addison should see solid volume and is in the WR3 mix in this plus matchup. WR Jalen Nailor (ankle) is also off the final injury report.

Vikings WR Jordan Addison returned to practice Monday for the first time since spraining his left ankle in an Aug. 14 practice. We don't yet know just how much he participated, though we'll start getting those reports Wednesday, ahead of Sunday's season opener at the Giants.

Vikings WR K.J. Osborn (concussion) is out for today’s game vs. the Saints. He’s cleared the concussion protocol, but the team is opting to hold Osborn out. He should be back for Week 11. Osborn’s absence leaves Minnesota with WRs Jordan Addison, Brandon Powell, Trishton Jackson, N’Keal Harry, and Jalen Nailor. Addison is the only viable fantasy play.
