Falcons WR Julio Jones (hip, ribs) is active for today’s game against the Panthers. He only got in a limited practice on Friday and was reportedly a game-time decision. Jones isn’t at 100% today and comes with more risk than usual. But he remains a WR1 in season-long lineups.

"The belief" is that Falcons WR Julio Jones (hip, ribs) will play against the Panthers today, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Jones will go through pre-game warmups before a final decision is made. He's obviously not at 100% but would be awfully tough to bench in season-long leagues.

Falcons WR Julio Jones (hip) is listed as questionable for Week 16 after only getting in a limited practice on Friday. HC Dan Quinn labeled him a game-time decision for this weekend’s tilt with the Panthers. The good news is we’ll get Atlanta’s inactives at 11:30 am ET on Sunday. An active Julio will remain a must-start in season-long leagues.

Falcons WR Julio Jones (hip) will miss his 2nd straight practice on Thursday. HC Dan Quinn did say that Jones will participate in the team's walkthrough. He only got in a limited practice last week before playing against the Cardinals, and it sounds like Jones will play against the Panthers on Sunday. Check back tomorrow for another update.

Falcons WR Julio Jones (hip) did not practice on Wednesday. That's a new injury for Jones and is especially notable after he played just 48% of the offensive snaps last week. He's been playing banged up all season, but we wouldn't consider Jones a lock to suit up against the Panthers this weekend. We'll get another update on his status tomorrow.

Falcons WR Julio Jones (foot, calf, illness) is not listed on the final injury report. He only got in a limited practice on Friday — but being left off the final injury report is confirmation that he’ll be fine for this weekend’s game against the Cardinals. Even in a matchup with CB Patrick Peterson, Jones remains a WR1.

Falcons WR Julio Jones (foot) didn't practice on Wednesday. He only got in a limited practice on Friday last week -- then went out and posted an 8-106-2 line on the Packers. Jones should be fine for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.

Falcons WR Julio Jones (foot) isn't listed on the final Week 14 injury report. He only got in a limited practice on Friday, but there was never much concern about his status. Jones remains a must-start for this weekend's game against the Packers.

Falcons WR Julio Jones (foot) missed practice again on Thursday. HC Dan Quinn described Jones' foot as "sore" but didn't express much concern about his status for this weekend's game against the Packers. Jones, meanwhile, told reporters that he fully expects to play. We'll get another update on his status tomorrow.

Falcons WR Julio Jones (foot) did not practice on Wednesday. HC Dan Quinn made no mention of Jones' status in his pre-practice press conference. This is likely just a veteran's day off, but we'll update Jones' status again tomorrow.

Falcons WR Julio Jones (calf) is set to play against the Saints this weekend. He returned to a limited practice on Friday after sitting out the previous 2 days. HC Dan Quinn said Jones ran routes at full speed on Friday. Keep him locked into fantasy lineups.

Falcons WR Julio Jones (calf) missed his 2nd straight practice on Thursday. He told reporters earlier in the day that his absence is precautionary after his calf tightened up during last weekend's win over the Panthers. He's still fully expected to play against the Saints on Sunday, but it'd be nice to see him get back on the practice field tomorrow.

Falcons WR Julio Jones didn't practice Wednesday and is listed on the injury report with a calf issue. Jones seemed fine in last weekend's win over the Panthers, and we've heard nothing to suggest the calf is a real concern. We'll get another update on Jones' status tomorrow.

Falcons WR Julio Jones' holdout is over before it even started. The team announced Wednesday night that Jones will report for the start of training camp after agreeing on a revised contract (the terms of which are undisclosed). So we can cross 1 big name off the list of holdouts. Jones remains a strong target at his early-2nd-round ADP.

Falcons WR Julio Jones will not report for the start of training camp as he angles for a new contract. Jones has 3 years remaining on his current deal but is "just" 9th among WRs in average annual salary. He's "comfortable" sitting out all of camp if he doesn't a new contract, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. At this point, though, there's no reason to believe Jones will miss the regular season, so we're not moving him in the WR rankings. We'll continue to track the situation.

Falcons WR Julio Jones did not report for the start of mandatory minicamp on Monday as he angles for a new contract. Jones has 3 years left on his current deal but is "only" the league's 8th highest paid WR in average annual salary. "We have been in contact with Julio and his representation," GM Thomas Dimitroff said in a statement. "We will not discuss those conversations publicly except to say we feel they have been productive and constructive." We'll see how long this standoff lasts. But for now, we're not adjusting our projections for Jones.

The Falcons selected Alabama WR Calvin Ridley with the 26th overall pick of the 2018 NFL Draft. Ridley broke Amari Cooper’s school record for receiving yards by a freshman with 1,045 in 2015. He didn’t reach 1,000 yards in either his final 2 seasons, although Alabama’s passing game wasn’t as effective. Consider that Ridley posted a 63.6% catch rate last year, while all other Tide wideouts combined to haul in just 52.0% of their targets. Ridley is arriving from a pro-style offense and is 1 of the best route runners in the draft class. In other words, he’s about as pro-ready as they come. The concerns are that he’s small (6’0, 189 pounds), unathletic (8th percentile SPARQ score) and relatively old (he’ll turn 24 in December). It all makes it tough to get excited about his upside. So does the fact that he’s stuck with target hog Julio Jones in the short term. Ridley will battle with Mohamed Sanu for #2 on the totem pole.

Falcons WR Julio Jones (ankle) isn’t listed on the final injury report after putting in limited practices on Thursday and Friday. There was never any concern about his status for this weekend’s game against the Saints. Jones remains a WR1 for that one.

Falcons WR Julio Jones (ankle) missed his 2nd straight practice on Thursday. We don't have any details on the injury and haven't heard anything to suggest he's in danger of missing this weekend's game against the Saints. But check back tomorrow for another update.

Falcons WR Julio Jones (ankle) is active for today’s game against the Cowboys. He only got in a limited practice on Friday, so there’s some added risk here. But Jones remains a must-start in season-long leagues.
