Colts RB Marlon Mack (calf) is questionable for this weekend's game against the Falcons. He returned to a limited practice on Friday after missing the first 2 workouts of the week. The Indianapolis media seems to be optimistic about Mack's chances of playing vs. Atlanta. We'll get his official status by noon ET on Sunday. If active, Mack will be a risk/reward RB2. If not, Jordan Wilkins figures to serve as the Colts' lead back, with Nyheim Hines also playing an increased role.

Colts RB Marlon Mack (calf) missed practice again on Thursday. He's now in real danger of missing this weekend's game against the Falcons -- although insider George Bremer believes there's still a "decent chance" Mack plays. We'll get another update on his status tomorrow, but fantasy owners need to be making backup plans. Jordan Wilkins figures to serve as the Colts' lead ball carrier if Mack sits.

Colts RB Marlon Mack was listed as a non-participant on Wednesday with a calf injury. The team only had a walkthrough, so it's an estimate of Mack's participation. This obviously bears monitoring over the next couple of days, though. Mack's absence would leave Jordan Wilkins as the Colts' lead ball-carrier, with Nyheim Hines potentially playing an expanded role.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Colts QB Andrew Luck has decided to retire. Luck has reportedly already talked to team management about his decision. Jacoby Brissett now takes over the starting gig. This appears to be a shocking move to everyone. Schefter reports that Luck feels "worn down." The QB switch lowers the ceiling for everyone in the Indy offense. The Colts finished 30th in points and 31st in scoring in 2017, with Luck sidelined (shoulder) and Brissett starting.

Here's a full breakdown of the fantasy impact of Luck's retirement.

Colts RB Marlon Mack (concussion) is active for today’s game against the Jaguars. He’ll continue to operate as Indy’s lead ball-carrier but is a low-end RB2 in the tough matchup.

The Colts expect RB Marlon Mack to play today against the Jaguars, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Mack put in full practices Thursday and Friday but will need to gain clearance to complete the concussion protocol before he can take the field. We'll update his status closer to game time.

He put in full practices and Thursday and Friday and just needs to gain clearance from an independent neurologist. Mack can be penciled into fantasy lineups for now. Just check back around noon ET on Sunday to make sure he’s active.

Colts RB Marlon Mack (concussion) was a full participant in Thursday's practice. He's now trending toward getting cleared for this weekend's game against the Jaguars. An active Mack will remain the Colts' lead ball-carrier and a fine RB2 in fantasy lineups.

Colts RB Marlon Mack (concussion) was back on the practice field on Thursday. He'll likely be listed as limited and still needs to gain final clearance -- but this at least gives him a shot to play against the Jaguars on Sunday. We'll get another update tomorrow.

Colts RB Marlon Mack (concussion) did not practice on Wednesday. He still has multiple stages of the protocol to pass through and isn't looking like a good bet to play against the Jaguars this weekend. That'd leave the backfield to Nyheim Hines and Jordan Wilkins.

Colts RB Marlon Mack (ankle) is active for today’s game against the Raiders. He didn’t practice on Thursday but returned to a full workout on Friday. Mack comes with slightly elevated risk today but also has plenty of upside vs. Oakland’s 26th-ranked RB defense.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport hears that Colts RB Marlon Mack has a "good shot" to play against the Raiders later today. That's a bit less optimistic than Rapoport's usual Sunday morning reports. Mack did get in a full workout on Friday, so we're expecting him to be active this afternoon. But it's clear he won't be at 100%.

Colts RB Marlon Mack (ankle) is listed as questionable for this weekend's game against the Raiders. He was limited on Wednesday, sat out on Thursday but returned to a full workout on Friday. We'll get another update on Mack's status tomorrow.

Colts RB Marlon Mack (hamstring) isn’t listed on the final injury report after a full week of practice. We’re expecting him to return as Indy’s lead ball-carrier, but RB Nyheim Hines should continue to dominate passing-down work. Mack would be a desperation Week 6 fantasy play.
