Rams HC Sean McVay said Monday that he expects DT Sebastian Joseph-Day to be ready for Sunday's game against the Titans after he missed Week 8 with a chest injury, the team website reports. CB Darious Williams will return to practice this week as well, opening his 3-week window to return to the active roster. He missed the past 3 games while on IR with an ankle sprain.

Brown will be out at least the next 3 weeks vs. the Bills, Texans and Ravens. He's played 28% of Miami's offensive snaps and averaged 4.7 carries and .7 targets per game, so his absence leaves behind a little extra work for RBs Myles Gaskin and Salvon Ahmed.

Bears WR Allen Robinson (ankle) is active for today’s game vs. the Bucs. Robinson played through this injury last week, posting a 92% snap rate and 4-53 line on 7 targets. He should be available for a full-time role today.

Rams QB Matt Stafford injured his right index finger in the 2nd quarter of Thursday night's win over the Seahawks but was able to play through it after getting a tape job. “I don’t know (what happened),” Stafford said afterward. “I looked down at a certain point on a drive in the second quarter, I think the one we kicked a field goal on, and I just looked down and felt a little pressure (in the finger). I maybe got it on a handoff or a snap or something. Not 100 percent sure. I looked down, felt a little bit of pressure in there and it was just a little bit out of place. Was able to put it back in and keep going, it didn’t affect me too much, to be honest with you.” Stafford missed a few throws in the win, although it's unclear if the misfires were caused by the finger injury. We'll keep an eye on the situation when the Rams get back to work next week, but Stafford should be fine for Week 6's matchup with the Giants.

Rams TE Tyler Higbee injured his shoulder in the 2nd quarter of Thursday night's game vs. the Seahawks and is officially questionable to return. We'll update his status when we know more.

Rams OLB Justin Hollins will have surgery today to repair a torn pectoral muscle and miss the rest of the season, ESPN reports. Hollins suffered the injury in Sunday's win over the Buccaneers. Terrell Lewis saw his playing time double -- to 47% -- in Hollins' absence and registered his 1st QB hit of the year.

Browns CB Troy Hill is active for today's game against the Texans. He arrived questionable with hamstring and foot issues but will be on the field. Hill remains a low-end IDP option at best.

Rams RB Xavier Jones has been waived/injured with an Achilles injury that will need surgery, HC Sean McVay said. Considered the favorite for #2 RB duties in Los Angeles just a couple of weeks ago, Jones now figures to miss the entire 2021 season.

Rams RB Raymond Calais suffered a foot injury Saturday night against the Raiders that will require surgery, HC Sean McVay told reporters. Calais got the 1st touch of the 2nd half, gaining 5 yards on 3 carries before leaving. He likely didn't have a shot at more than the #3 RB role, but the injury at least takes competition out of a backfield that looks fairly ambiguous behind Darrell Henderson.
