Stafford out Wednesday with stiff back

Rams QB Matt Stafford missed Wednesday's practice with what he said was back stiffness. He added that he fully expects to play vs. the Titans on Sunday night. We'll see if he gets back on the practice field tomorrow.

That suggests his right thumb injury shouldn’t be a factor this weekend, although we’d still prefer to see Stafford play a healthy game before considering him as a starter in 1-QB fantasy leagues. Stafford’s return is excellent news for WRs Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua.
