ESPN's Jeremy Fowler says Seattle's new offense under first-time OC Brian Fleury will include "a lot of" multiple-TE sets and a good bit more work for WR Rashid Shaheed in his first full season with the team.

Multiple Seahawks observers credited second-year TE Elijah Arroyo with a standout performance in Friday's workouts. His most celebrated catch came from third-string QB Jalen Milroe, but it doesn't sound like we should take that as a signal that Arroyo's buried on the depth chart.

The release frees up $9 million in non-guaranteed money under Seattle's 2025 salary cap.
