Rams ILB Alec Ogletree is questionable for Sunday's game against the Eagles with the hyperextended elbow he suffered last week. Ogletree returned to practice Friday for just a limited workout, but the Orange County Register reports that HC Sean McVay said afterward he expects Ogletree to play. Make sure an insurance option is available if you plan to use Ogletree in your IDP lineups, however.

Bears S Adrian Amos (hamstring) and DT Eddie Goldman (hip) are doubtful for Sunday's game against the Bengals. Goldman isn't much of an IDP option even when healthy, but his absence can only help Cincinnati RB Giovani Bernard. Amos has been a top fantasy DB when healthy but is expected to miss his 2nd straight game. The D will also likely miss OLB Pernell McPhee, who is doubtful with a shoulder injury.

Broncos QB Trevor Siemian will start this weekend's game against the Jets, insider Mike Klis reports. Siemian was abysmal against a bad Dolphins pass defense yesterday, completing 19 of 41 passes (46.3%) for 200 yards, 0 TDs and 3 INTs. Denver simply doesn't have a better option on the roster. Siemian isn't a Week 14 fantasy option and makes the Jets defense a viable spot start.

Rams LB Alec Ogletree left Sunday's win over the Cardinals with an elbow injury and did not return. We'll look for further word on the injury today.

Update: The early diagnosis was a hyper-extended left elbow. Ogletree said after the game that he expects to play against the Eagles in Week 14, according to ESPN's Alden Gonzalez.

Bears LB Danny Trevathan put in a limited practice Wednesday for the 1st time since the team's Week 9 bye. That obviously bodes well for a return to action from the calf injury that has cost him 3 games, though we'll continue to watch his status through the week.

Bears ILB Danny Trevathan is doubtful for Sunday's game against the Eagles with the calf injury that cost him the past 2 games. That means another start for Nick Kwiatkoski inside next to Christian Jones. Both continue to be playable in IDP leagues. DE Akiem Hicks (knee) is questionable for the game. He returned for a limited practice Friday after missing the previous 2 days but told the Chicago Tribune that it was "just a little bit of maintenance" and that he expects to play. Hicks is worth waiting on for your IDP lineups.

The Bears have cut K Connor Barth, who missed a game-tying FG at the end of Sunday's loss to the Lions. He's connected on just 69% of his FG tries this season. Barth will be replaced by K Cairo Santos, who's made 85% of his career FGs. He won't be much of a fantasy option in Chicago's 27th-ranked scoring offense, though.

Bills QB Nathan Peterman was mercifully benched at halftime of Sunday's game against the Chargers. The rookie completed just 7 of 16 passes with 5 -- count 'em, 5 -- INTs in the game's first 30 minutes. QB Tyrod Taylor will finish off the game. We'll see who the Bills go to in Kansas City next weekend.

Bears ILB Danny Trevathan (calf) is inactive for the 2nd straight game. He has yet to return to practice since the Week 9 bye. Christian Jones and Nick Kwiatkoski will start inside again for the Bears. Both are IDP options.

Bears ILB Danny Trevathan is questionable for Sunday's game against the Lions with the calf injury that kept him out last week. Trevathan still has yet to practice since suffering the injury, making him look like a weak bet for Sunday. We knocked him down the LB rankings.

Bills HC Sean McDermott announced Wednesday that QB Nathan Peterman will start this weekend's game against the Chargers. It's a surprising and short-sighted decision (in our opinion). QB Tyrod Taylor, despite a less-than-stellar pass-catching corps, ranks 14th in completion rate, has tossed just 3 INTs all season and sits 16th in QB Rating. Peterman went 7-of-10 for 79 yards and a score in mop-up duty against the Saints last week. The 5th-round rookie completed just 54.4% of his passes and averaged 5.7 yards per attempt this preseason. He's not a Week 11 fantasy option and is a downgrade to Buffalo's offense.

Bears ILB Danny Trevathan is inactive for today's game against the Packers because of a calf injury. That leaves Christian Jones as the lead ILB in an upside matchup. Expect Nick Kwiatkoski to start in Trevathan's place. He's a fringe IDP option for deeper leagues as well.

Bears ILB Danny Trevathan is questionable for Sunday's game against the Packers with a calf injury. He missed the whole week of practice, despite having the bye following the last game he played. That makes Trevathan look like a risky IDP option for this week. We'll update his status Sunday.

The Texans have placed TE Ryan Griffin (concussion) on IR. His roster spot will be taken by TE C.J. Fiedorowicz, who was activated from IR with his own concussion. Fiedorowicz will serve as Houston's lead pass-catching TE the rest of the way but is a low-upside fantasy option with Tom Savage under center.

Bears LB Danny Trevathan missed Wednesday's practice with a calf strain. It's good to finally get word on his situation after HC John Fox started the week playing coy. We've moved Trevathan down the Week 10 LB rankings but still have him in LB1 territory. We'll obviously keep an eye on his status throughout the week.

The Bears returned to the practice field Monday after their Week 9 bye, but they did so without ILB Danny Trevathan. HC John Fox refused to say, however, why his veteran LB didn't practice. He said there wouldn't be any updates until Wednesday, according to ESPN's Jeff Dickerson. Trevathan also missed the team's workout before players were dismissed for the bye, but he played 60 of 61 snaps in the Week 8 loss to New Orleans. We'll keep an eye on Trevathan's status the rest of the way for IDP purposes.

Texans TE Ryan Griffin sustained a concussion in the 1st half of Sunday's game against the Colts and is done for the day. We'll track his progress through the protocol this week, but Griffin isn't much of a fantasy option with Tom Savage under center.

Bears ILB Danny Trevathan had his suspension reduced Tuesday from 2 games to 1. The league disciplined him for a hit on Packers WR Davante Adams last Thursday that drew a personal-foul call but didn't get Trevathan ejected. It's the 2nd league suspension trimmed this season under still-evolving rules on illegal hits. Bengals OLB Vontaze Burfict saw a 5-game ban cut to 3 at the start of the season. Trevathan will be the top IDP LB in Chicago again after he sits out this Monday night's matchup with Minnesota.

The NFL has suspended Bears ILB Danny Trevathan 2 games for his controversial hit that knocked Packers WR Davante Adams out of Thursday night's game. Trevathan now has until the end of Wednesday to file an appeal. We'll see how the situation plays out.

The Chiefs have placed K Cairo Santos on IR after he aggravated a groin injury in Sunday's win over the Chargers. He'll be replaced by K Harrison Butker, who Kansas City just signed off Carolina's practice squad. The rookie could become a spot-start option down the line, but we'd avoid him in his NFL debut on Monday night.
