49ers WR Marquise Goodwin (hamstring, quad) is inactive for today’s game against the Cardinals. Pierre Garcon, Trent Taylor and Kendrick Bourne will serve as San Francisco’s top 3 WRs. Expect a busy day for TE George Kittle.

49ers WR Marquise Goodwin (hamstring, quad) won't play against the Cardinals later today, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. With WR Dante Pettis (knee) also out, San Francisco is down to Pierre Garcon, Trent Taylor and Kendrick Bourne at WR.

49ers WR Marquise Goodwin (hamstring, quad) is listed as questionable and will be a game-time decision for Week 5, HC Kyle Shanahan said. We’d keep Goodwin on fantasy benches this week.

49ers WR Marquise Goodwin is considered questionable for Week 5 after suffering quad and hamstring injuries in Sunday's loss to the Chargers, according to insider Nick Wagoner. Goodwin battled through the injuries in that one, but we'll see what he's able to do in practice this week. With WR Dante Pettis (knee) out, the 'Niners could be down to WRs Pierre Garcon, Trent Taylor and Kendrick Bourne vs. the Cardinals this weekend.

Bears DE Akiem Hicks was ejected in the 2nd quarter of Sunday's win over the Buccaneers for making contact with an official. Hicks stayed on the sideline several plays into the next series until officials told the team he needed to leave the field. At that point, Hicks removed his jersey and shoulder pads and flung them into the stands. He'll at least face a fine for the ejection and could be in for a 1-game suspension. We'll keep an eye out for that. Chicago gets a Week 5 bye.

Packers TE Jimmy Graham (knee) is not listed on the final injury report. He was held out of Wednesday’s practice but returned for Thursday and Friday’s sessions. Graham is safe to get into Week 4 fantasy lineups.

Packers TE Jimmy Graham (knee) returned to a limited practice on Thursday. That presumably puts him on track to play against the Bills this weekend, but check back tomorrow for another update.

Packers TE Jimmy Graham missed Wednesday's practice with a knee issue. It's the 1st workout he's missed since the season began, and Graham played 92.8% of the snaps last week against Washington. We'll watch to see if this is just a rest day or something more. It's obviously worrisome given Graham's recent knee history.

49ers WR Marquise Goodwin (quad) is active for today’s game against the Chiefs. He was limited in practice all week, but there shouldn’t be any risk of aggravation here considering Goodwin is just dealing with a deep bruise. He’s an upside WR3 in what should be a shootout in Kansas City.

49ers WR Marquise Goodwin (quad) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Chiefs. We'll find out his official status by noon ET on Sunday. If active, he’ll be a risk/reward fantasy play at less than 100% against a leaky secondary.

49ers WR Marquise Goodwin (quad) returned to a limited practice on Wednesday. That gives him a shot to return for this weekend's game against the Chiefs. An active Goodwin would be worth firing up as a WR3 with upside in what should be a shootout.

49ers WR Marquise Goodwin (quad) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Lions. He didn't practice all week, so consider him uncertain for Week 3. HC Kyle Shanahan confirmed that WR Dante Pettis will start in Goodwin’s place this weekend. The 2nd-round rookie is a flier in DFS and deeper season-long leagues.

49ers WR Marquise Goodwin (quad) did not practice on Wednesday. He's reportedly just dealing with a bruise but wasn't able to play through it in the opener. We'll see if he can get on the practice field on Thursday. Rookie WR Dante Pettis played 73% of San Francisco's offensive snaps with Goodwin sidelined for most of last week's game.

Eagles HC Doug Pederson confirmed on Wednesday that QB Nick Foles will start this weekend's game against the Bucs. QB Carson Wentz (knee) reportedly has a shot to return for Week 3. Foles' preseason struggles continued in Week 1, when he completed just 19 of 34 passes for 117 yards, 0 TDs and 1 INT. He can't be trusted in fantasy lineups, despite a plus matchup against Tampa.

49ers HC Kyle Shanahan labeled WR Marquise Goodwin "day-to-day" with a bruised thigh suffered in Sunday's loss to the Vikings. Goodwin tried to return to that game before eventually taking a seat for the rest of the afternoon. It sounds like a relatively minor injury, but we'll track his practice participation throughout this week.

49ers WR Marquise Goodwin injured his quad in the 1st half of Sunday's game against the Vikings and is questionable to return. Rookie WR Dante Pettis has taken his place in the lineup.

UPDATE: Goodwin returned in the 3rd quarter.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Bears rookie ILB Roquan Smith and OLB Khalil Mack will not play the whole game Sunday night against the Packers. Mack, of course, recently joined the team after holding out through August. Smith arrived mid-August after an extended negotiation over his rookie deal, and then lost time to a hamstring issue. Each should show up some on the stat sheet and remains a potential full-season IDP stud. But it's tough to trust either new Bears defender in Week 1 IDP lineups.

Bears OLB Khalil Mack could see his snaps limited in his debut with the new team. NBC's Mike Tirico said Thursday night that Bears HC Matt Nagy said Mack will be "on a pitch count." That could mean a wide range of things to different coaches. If you have Mack with DL eligibility in an IDP league, we'd go ahead and use him. At LB, he's more of a question mark. However much he plays, though, Mack enhances the season-long upside of the Chicago D.

The Eagles have finally made it official: The team announced Monday that QB Nick Foles will start Thursday night's opener against the Falcons, according to Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer. This has been the expected move recently. We'll see if Carson Wentz can get back for Week 2. The Foles we got in the playoffs last year wouldn't be a downgrade from healthy Wentz, but we didn't get that version in the preseason. You can consider WR Nelson Agholor for your Week 1 fantasy lineup as a volume play, and TE Zach Ertz will be an every-week starter if you drafted him. Otherwise, this looks like a passing game to try to avoid right now. The Falcons D, meanwhile, carries some sneaky upside into the matchup. Foles tossed 2 INTs and 0 TDs among 26 pass attempts in the preseason.

ESPN's Tim McManus reports that the Eagles are expected to start QB Nick Foles in Thursday night's opener against the Falcons. We'll see if Carson Wentz can make it back for Week 2. In the meantime, try not to draft Wentz unless he slips into QB2 territory.
