Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy (ankle, shoulder) did not practice on Thursday. That followed a full workout on Wednesday. It's unclear if this was a planned day off, or if Worthy suffered a setback with his shoulder or ankle injury. We'll see if he gets back on the practice field tomorrow and then how he's listed on the final injury report for Sunday night's game vs. the Lions.
