Packers WR Davante Adams (calf) is questionable for this weekend’s game against the Lions. He returned to a limited practice on Friday after injuring his calf on Wednesday and sitting out Thursday. We’ll continue to look for updates on Adams and will find out his official status by noon ET on Sunday.

Packers WR Davante Adams (calf) will practice on Saturday, HC Mike McCarthy said. That presumably gives Adams a shot to play against the Lions this weekend. We'll continue to monitor his progress and will get his official status by noon ET on Sunday.

Packers WR Davante Adams suffered a calf injury on Wednesday and will not practice on Thursday, HC Mike McCarthy announced. Ouch. WRs Geronimo Allison (concussion) and Randall Cobb (hamstring) are already in danger of missing this weekend's game vs. the Lions. Now Adams looks iffy too. Rookies Marquez Valdes-Scantling, J'Mon Moore and Equanimeous St. Brown are the team's top 3 healthy WRs right now.

Packers WR Randall Cobb (hamstring) is inactive for today’s game against the Bills. That leaves Davante Adams and Geronimo Allison as Green Bay’s top 2 WRs — and nice fantasy plays. Rookie Marquez Valdes-Scantling figures to serve as the #3.

Packers WR Davante Adams (shoulder) is active for today’s game against the Vikings. He’s in a tough spot at less than 100% with a gimpy Aaron Rodgers and likely to draw CB Xavier Rhodes. Consider Adams a WR2 for the week.

Packers WR Davante Adams (shoulder) is expected to play against the Vikings today, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. With both he and his QB at less than 100% -- plus a tough matchup with CB Xavier Rhodes -- Adams is more of a WR2 this week.

Packers WR Davante Adams (shoulder) is listed as questionable Sunday’s game against the Vikings. He was limited in practice all week but seems to be trending in the right direction. We’ll find out Adams’ official status by noon ET on Sunday. If both he and QB Aaron Rodgers are active, Adams will be worth sticking with as a WR2. If Rodgers is out, downgrade Adams to WR3 status.

Packers WR Davante Adams (shoulder) returned to a limited practice on Thursday. He said Wednesday that he expects to play against the Vikings this weekend, and he's trending in that direction. The bigger concern for his fantasy outlook is QB Aaron Rodgers' status.

Packers WR Davante Adams sat out Wednesday's practice with a shoulder injury suffered in Sunday night's opener against the Bears. He told the media afterward that he's "feeling good" about his chances of playing against the Vikings this weekend. We'll get another update on his status tomorrow.

ESPN's Rob Demovsky considers Geronimo Allison the "best bet" to win the Packers' #3 WR job. Green Bay added 3 WRs in this year's draft -- J'Mon Moore, Equanimeous St. Brown and Marquez Valdes-Scantling -- but Allison holds edges in NFL experience and chemistry with QB Aaron Rodgers. The 24-year-old has flashed in spots over the past 2 seasons, including lines of 4-91-1 and 6-122. Green Bay's #3 WR has finished among the top 50 in PPR points in just 3 of 10 seasons since Rodgers took over, so Allison is unlikely to be a standalone value. But an injury to Davante Adams or Randall Cobb would certainly change that.

The Packers have signed WR Davante Adams to a 4-year extension worth $58 million, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Adams was set to hit free agency in March but is now locked up in Green Bay through the 2021 season. The 25-year-old has emerged as the Packers' top receiver, scoring 22 TDs over his last 30 games. The extension is good news for his fantasy value, keeping him tied to QB Aaron Rodgers.

Packers WR Davante Adams (concussion) has been ruled out for Saturday night's game against the Vikings. Dealing with his 3rd concussion in the past 14 months, he's probably no better than 50/50 to be cleared for Week 16. Adams' absence this weekend means WR Jordy Nelson will likely see a lot of Minnesota Pro Bowl CB Xavier Rhodes. WRs Randall Cobb and Geronimo Allison will be in better matchups, but neither is a trustworthy fantasy play with Brett Hundley under center.

Packers WR Davante Adams (concussion) did not practice on Wednesday. Dealing with his 3rd concussion in 14 months, Adams is a long shot to get cleared in time for Saturday night's game against the Vikings. That'd leave Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb and Geronimo Allison as Brett Hundley's top 3 WRs.

Packers WR Davante Adams was knocked out in the 3rd quarter of Sunday's game in Carolina with a concussion. He took a shot to the head from LB Thomas Davis after an Aaron Rodgers INT. It's the 2nd concussion for Adams this season and his 3rd in the past 14 months. We'll track his progress through the protocol this coming week.

3:10pm EDT 10/8/17

Packers WR Davante Adams (concussion) is active for today’s game against the Cowboys. There’s no reason to believe he’ll be limited at all. Adams is a WR2 with upside in a likely shootout.

Packers WR Davante Adams has cleared the concussion protocol and is expected to play against the Cowboys on Sunday. It's a remarkable recovery after taking a nasty hit from Bears LB Danny Trevathan just 9 days ago. Adams is safe to get into fantasy lineups as a WR2 with upside against Dallas' beatable secondary.

Packers WR Davante Adams (concussion) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Cowboys. He was limited in practice all week, and HC Mike McCarthy confirmed on Friday that Adams still hasn't passed through the protocol. McCarthy added that Adams will likely need to do so before Green Bay flies to Dallas on Saturday if he's going to play. So we should get another update on his status tomorrow.

Packers HC Mike McCarthy said WR Davante Adams (concussion) will do "some work" during Wednesday's practice. We'll "see how he responds," McCarthy added. Adams remains in the protocol but has obviously made some progress. He seems 50/50 for this weekend's game against the Cowboys.

A Packers source tells ESPN's Adam Schefter that he believes WR Davante Adams could play against the Cowboys this weekend. Adams escaped last Thursday night's game with "just" a concussion. As far as we know, he's still in the protocol -- so this source is just guessing. But the optimism is nice to hear. We'll get an update on Adams when the Packers release their 1st practice report of the week on Wednesday.
