David Njoku Carted Off
Chargers TE David Njoku was carted off early in the second quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Raiders with an apparent knee injury. We'll update his status when we know more, but this obviously looks like a significant injury.
Chargers TE David Njoku was carted off early in the second quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Raiders with an apparent knee injury. We'll update his status when we know more, but this obviously looks like a significant injury.
Panthers RB Jonathon Brooks left in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Falcons with a groin injury. He notably dealt with groin trouble ahead of Week 1. We'll look for more information of the severity of this latest issue.
Bears QB Caleb Williams went down untouched with an apparent leg injury in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Vikings. He was visibly upset as he was helped off the field by trainers and then carted back to the locker room. We'll update Williams' status when we know more. QB Tyson Bagent has replaced Williams.
Update: The Bears say Williams has a hamstring injury. We'll look for details on the severity.
Seahawks S Nick Emmanwori is active for today’s game against the Cardinals. It’ll be his first game action since summer ankle surgery. I’d avoid sticking him in IDP lineups before we see the role and how close to full strength he is
49ers K Eddy Pineiro (illness) is active for today’s game vs. the Dolphins. He missed practice all week but is evidently well enough to kick the football today. Pineiro is a solid fantasy starter with the 49ers likely to score a bunch of points in this one.
49ers RB Kaelon Black (groin) is active for today’s game vs. the Dolphins. He was limited in the final two practices of the week and listed as questionable. That might impact his workload today, but Black is available if you were waiting on him.
Raiders TE Brock Bowers (knee) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Chargers. He returned to a limited practice on Friday, so we’re tentatively expecting Bowers to play Week 3. His absence today makes TE Michael Mayer a solid fantasy start.
Chargers WR Ladd McConkey (rib) is active for today’s game vs. the Raiders. He’ll be playing with a flak jacket to protect a cracked rib suffered in the opener, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport said this morning. A big hit could knock McConkey from this game, but we’re expecting him to play his usual role unless that happens.
Broncos RB R.J. Harvey (hamstring) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Jaguars. RBs J.K. Dobbins, Jonah Coleman, and Tyler Badie are active. Dobbins figures to control rushing work but will likely cede passing-down snaps to Coleman and Badie. Dobbins checks in 28th in the Week 2 RB rankings.
Steelers RB Rico Dowdle suffered a toe injury in the first half of Sunday's game vs. the Patriots. He was carted back to the locker room and is officially questionable to return. We'll update Dowdle's status when we know more.
Update: Dowdle returned for the start of the second half.
Update: Dowdle was ruled out in the second half.
Eagles TE Dallas Goedert suffered a knee injury in the first half of Sunday's game vs. the Titans and is officially questionable to return. We'll update his status when we know more. With TE Eli Stowers on IR, Philly is down to TEs Johnny Mundt and E.J. Jenkins.
Eagles RB Saquon Barkley left Week 2 with an apparent left arm injury. He went to the medical tent for further evaluation. Tank Bigsby would take over as Philadelphia's lead back if Barkley is unable to return.
UPDATE: Barkley sustained a stinger and is questionable to return.
Update: Barkley returned for the start of the second half.
Packers WR Jayden Reed was injured in the first quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Jets and had to be carted off the field. Both teams were huddled around Reed and clearly concerned. We'll update his status when we know more.
Update: Reed has been ruled out with a neck injury.
Rams WR Puka Nacua (hip) is trending the "wrong way" to play against the Giants on Monday night, ESPN's Adam Schefter said. Nacua did not practice on Friday or Saturday and is reportedly a game-time decision. But the vibes aren't good here. We're lowering Nacua in the WR rankings and would recommend benching him in most cases. Check your Team Dashboard to see whether he belongs in your starting lineup
Patriots DL Dre'Mont Jones is active for today's game against the Steelers. A foot issue limited him in practice all week and left him questionable, but Jones should be fine to use at normal levels in IDP lineups. He's coming off a strong Week 1 that included 4 QB hits.
Packers DL Lukas Van Ness is active for today's game against the Jets, meaning he officially cleared the concussion protocol. He's good to go as a lower-level IDP option with upside.
Ravens Edge Trey Hendrickson is active for today's game against the Saints. He missed nearly all of the practice week with a finger injury, but that seems like more of a "why not" move for a veteran protecting an injured finger than reason to worry about his effectiveness. Use Hendrickson as planned in your IDP lineups.
Saints RB Kendre Miller is inactive for today's game vs. the Ravens. He matched RB Travis Etienne with 9 carries last week but gets the boot today with RB Alvin Kamara back. We'll see how big a role Kamara plays in his 2026 debut, but Miller's absence makes Etienne a slightly better fantasy bet.
Saints WR Chris Olave (hamstring) is active for today’s game vs. the Ravens. He was pulled from Thursday’s practice as a precaution, according to insider Nick Underhill, and got in a limited practice on Friday. There’s elevated risk here, but Olave belongs in virtually all fantasy lineups after going off for 182 yards last week.
Buccaneers WR Jalen McMillan (knee) is active for today’s game vs. the Browns. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported this morning that McMillan is not expected to play a full slate of snaps in his 2026 debut. He should not be in fantasy lineups.
