The Bears selected Memphis WR Anthony Miller with the 51st overall pick of the 2018 NFL Draft. Few WRs were more productive over the past 2 seasons. Miller racked up 95 catches for 1,434 yards and 14 TDs in 2016, finishing top 10 in the country in all 3 categories. Then he set new career highs across the board last year with 96 catches, 1,462 yards and a nation-high 18 TDs. And he was efficient, ranking 4th among all draft-eligible WRs in Pro Football Focus’ yards per route run. Miller wasn’t able to test at the Combine but earned an 87th percentile SPARQ score at his Pro Day. So you’re probably asking, “why wasn’t this dude a 1st-round pick?” Well, he’s smallish at 5’11 and 201 pounds. He’s already 23 years old. And he suffered a Jones fracture in his right foot in his final college game — an injury that has a tendency to cause long-term problems. That said, a healthy Miller looks capable of winning at all areas of the field and as an outside or slot receiver. He’s a long shot to assume #1 duties in Chicago with Allen Robinson in town. But Miller only needs to beat out Kevin White and Taylor Gabriel for the #2 role in an ascending offense. This is a nice landing spot.

WR Allen Robinson intends to sign with the Bears when free agency officially kicks off on Wednesday, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. Robinson is 1 of the top free-agent WRs and fills a massive void in Chicago, where Kendall Wright, Jeremy Bellamy and Dontrelle Inman led the WRs in targets last year. A-Rob is recovering from last September's torn ACL but should be ready well ahead of the 2018 opener. He exploded for an 80-1,400-14 line in his 2nd season in Jacksonville, becoming just the 4th player in NFL history to post 1,400+ yards at age-22 or younger (joining Randy Moss, Larry Fitzgerald and Josh Gordon). Robinson's numbers declined in 2016, but his 73 catches, 883 yards and 6 TDs all led a bad Jaguars passing game. We'll see what else Chicago adds this offseason, but Robinson should be a heavy favorite to lead the 2018 squad in targets. His arrival is a big boost to QB Mitchell Trubisky's fantasy outlook.

Update: Robinson's deal is for $42 million over 3 years, with about $25 million guaranteed -- a bit less than Sammy Watkins got from the Chiefs.

The Jaguars announced that WR Allen Robinson tore his ACL in Sunday's win over the Texans. He's done for the year and will hit free agency this offseason coming off a disappointing 2016 and a 1-game 2017. Robinson's absence leaves Marqise Lee, Allen Hurns, Keelan Cole and Arrelious Benn as Jacksonville's top 4 WRs. Lee and Hurns are worth rostering at least in fantasy leagues of 12+ teams. Robinson's absence also figures to mean even more reliance on RB Leonard Fournette, who racked up 29 touches vs. Houston.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Jaguars WR Allen Robinson's knee injury is "significant." That's the only update we've gotten so far. The hope at this point is at A-Rob avoided a season-ender. We should learn more by Monday morning.

Jaguars WR Allen Robinson injured his left knee in the 1st quarter of Sunday's game against the Texans. He was able to walk off the field but was taken back to the locker room and quickly ruled out for the rest of the game. We'll pass along an update when we get one. Robinson finishes the day with 1 catch for 17 yards.

The Jaguars have named Doug Marrone their new HC. He served as interim HC for the final 2 weeks of this past season, leading Jacksonville to 1 of its 3 wins. Marrone's only other experience as an NFL HC came in Buffalo during the 2013 and 2014 campaigns. He compiled a 15-17 record with the Bills, with those squads finishing 19th and 26th, respectively, in total offense. The 2013 squad led the league in rushing attempts and ranked 2nd in rushing yards. RBs Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller both topped 1,000 total yards that year. Marrone could bring a run-heavier attack to the Jaguars, who have ranked among the bottom 8 in run rate in 5 straight seasons. Marrone's biggest undertaking, though, will be fixing QB Blake Bortles.

The Jaguars listed WR Allen Hurns (hamstring) as questionable for Sunday's finale against the Colts -- but Hurns told reporters on Friday that he won't play. Classic Jags. Allen Robinson and Marqise Lee will again serve as Jacksonville's top 2 WRs in a plus matchup.

Jaguars WR Allen Hurns (hamstring) is out for Saturday’s game against the Titans. Allen Robinson and Marqise Lee will remain the top 2 dogs vs. the league’s 29th-ranked WR defense.

Jaguars WR Allen Hurns (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Texans. Allen Robinson and Marqise Lee will start and are both WR3 options vs. a Houston defense that's allowed 750 yards and 7 TDs to WRs over its last 5 games.

Jags WR Allen Robinson was silenced against the Vikings, mustering only 1 catch for 17 yards on 3 targets. It’s an extreme result on a day where Blake Bortles was surprisingly competent. Robinson has now failed to top 35 yards in 4 straight outings. It’s tough to see much upside here for a Week 15 date at Houston.

The Jaguars have fired OC Greg Olson. The offense has been the biggest issue during Jacksonville's 2-5 start. The Jags sit 25th in yards per game and 24th in points per game. Olson will be replaced by former QBs coach Nathaniel Hackett. He spent 2013 and 2014 as the Bills' OC. Neither of those teams finished in the top half of the league in total yards or points. The change in coordinator is unlikely to spark the Jags' offense.

Jaguars WR Allen Robinson broke through big time with an 80-catch, 14-TD season that found him finishing among the top 6 WRs across fantasy formats in 2015. The huge TD rate plus Jacksonville's high-volume throwing in the red zone present regression potential for Robinson's numbers in 2016, but John Oesher of Jaguars.com believes he's still improving. "As well as he played last season, Robinson has looked like a different receiver early in training camp – and a much better one, too.," Oesher wrote recently. There's certainly room for Robinson to establish himself as a consistent fantasy producer. He's a former 2nd-round pick in a young offense with plenty of room for growth, especially in its passing efficiency. Our WR rankings show that we continue to like him plenty.

Jaguars QB Blake Bortles told Hays Carlyon of the Florida Times-Union that he has already seen growth in the chemistry of his receiving group. "All of the receivers have been in our locker room at some point this offseason,” he said Monday. “It’s been cool to see them work together and talk through some stuff as well. The chemistry is continuing to grow, not only on the field, but off the field as well — in the weight room and in the locker room. That builds trust." Bortles added that he has spent more time in Jacksonville as well, while HC Gus Bradley believes the QB "has had his best offseason" among 3 in the pros. All of that bodes well for a Jaguars pass offense that broke through in 2015 and delivered strong fantasy value from Bortles, WR Allen Robinson and WR Allen Hurns. All 3 will likely land in starter range when we pump out our 2016 projections.

Jaguars WR Allen Hurns (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Titans.  He's still in the early stages of the protocol and should be considered questionable for Week 14.  WR Marqise Lee is expected to start in Hurns' place this weekend but can't be trusted in fantasy lineups.  Look for WR Allen Robinson and TE Julius Thomas to lead the Jags in targets.

Jaguars WR Allen Robinson (leg) is active for this morning’s game against the Bills. He was limited in practice all week, but we’re not expecting the leg to be a major issue. Robinson is a locked-in WR2 despite the difficult matchup.

Jaguars WR Allen Robinson (leg) is probable for Sunday’s game against the Bills. He was limited in practice all week, but we’re not expecting the leg to be a major issue. Buffalo has been tough against #1 WRs, so Robinson might be a fade in DFS. But he’s been too productive to even consider benching in season-long leagues.

Jaguars WR Allen Robinson (leg) put in his 2nd straight limited practice on Thursday.  He's fully expected to play against the Bills this weekend, but it'd be nice to see him put in a full workout on Friday.

Jaguars WR Allen Robinson (leg) practiced on Wednesday.  Even if he's listed as limited, he's on track to play against the Bills this weekend.  An active Robinson is a must-start in fantasy lineups.  He's scored 3 times in his last 2 games.
