Rams WR Puka Nacua suffered a knee injury on the final offensive snap of today's win over the Commanders, NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reports. The team does not believe Nacua tore an ACL, but he's scheduled for an MRI on Monday. We'll be holding our breath waiting on the results. Nacua accounted for a whopping 66% of the Rams' receiving yards today, posting a huge 14-150-1 line.

Jets WR Omar Cooper injured his right ankle late in Sunday's loss to the Chiefs. He hopped to the sidelines on his left leg before slamming his helmet in anger. This is notably the same ankle that Cooper hurt back in Week 1, costing him the next four games. We'll look for an update on the severity of this latest injury.

Rams TE Terrance Ferguson is expected to miss a "couple weeks" after injuring his hamstring in Friday's practice, HC Sean McVay said after the win over the Commanders. Ferguson was set to return from his Week 3 hamstring injury and was a "big part" of the game plan today, McVay added. Ferguson won't offer fantasy teams any short-term help but might be worth keeping stashed in deeper leagues as a potential starter down the stretch.

Packers RB Josh Jacobs suffered a hand injury in the first quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Patriots. He headed back to the locker room and is questionable to return. With RB MarShawn Lloyd inactive today with a knee injury, Green Bay is down to RBs Pierre Strong and Kaleb Johnson.

Chargers WR Ladd McConkey is questionable to return to Sunday's game vs. the Texans with a back injury. The announcement came before Los Angeles' first offensive snap, but the injury presumably happened at some point between inactives being announced and the opening kickoff. We'll update McConkey's status when we know more.

Update: McConkey experienced back spasms prior to kickoff. He remains questionable.

Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy hurt his left hamstring in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Jets and headed to the locker room. We'll look for an update on the severity.

Cowboys TE Jake Ferguson injured his left knee in the third quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Colts. He headed straight for the medical tent and is questionable to return. Ferguson caught his only 2 targets, including an impressive contested TD, before exiting.

Browns WR KC Concepcion suffered an apparent right leg injury on a non-contact play in the third quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Saints. He needed help making his way into the medical tent. Stay tuned for an update on the rookie.

Update: Concepcion returned on Cleveland's next possession.

Giants QB J.J. McCarthy left after taking a big hit in the third quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Eagles. He tried to throw on the sidelines but collapsed in pain before heading back to the locker room. We'll update McCarthy's status when we know more. He's been replaced by QB Jameis Winston.

Update: McCarthy is officially questionable to return with a hip injury.

Packers RB MarShawn Lloyd (knee) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Patriots. He presumably hurt his knee in Thursday’s practice, but we don’t have any other info on the injury. Lloyd's absence leaves Pierre Strong and Kaleb Johnson behind Josh Jacobs.

Patriots TE Hunter Henry (foot) is active for today’s game vs. the Packers. He only got in a limited practice on Friday and presumably won’t be at 100% for this one. Henry would be a risky fantasy start.

Broncos WR Jaylen Waddle sustained a concussion in the first quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Panthers and won't return. He caught his only target for 22 yards before exiting. This is Waddle's second documented concussion, with the first coming in 2023. He gets a well-timed Week 10 bye and should have a good chance to be cleared for Week 11.

Cowboys RB Tyler Goodson is questionable to return to Sunday's game vs. the Colts with a knee injury. He was playing a significant role before going down in the second quarter, carrying 7 times for 44 yards. Stay tuned for an update.

Update: Goodson returned in the third quarter.

Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes hurt his right arm in the second quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Jets. His arm was hit by EDGE David Bailey right as he was trying to get off a deep ball. Mahomes was in obvious pain as he made his way off the field. We'll update his status when we know more. QB Justin Fields is Kansas City's backup.

Update: Mahomes returned on Kansas City's next possession. Exhale!

Giants RB Cam Skattebo (hamstring) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Eagles. He returned to a limited practice on Friday, which should have him on track for a Week 10 return. Skattebo’s absence today figures to leave RB Devin Singletary in a high-volume role. RBs Phil Mafah and Greg Desrosiers are active behind him.

Broncos WR Pat Bryant (ankle) is active for today’s game vs. the Panthers. It’ll be his first action since Week 4. Bryant’s return is a boost to Denver’s passing game, but he’d be a desperation fantasy start.

Rams TE Colby Parkinson (ribs) is active for today’s game vs. the Commanders. He was listed as questionable after getting in just a limited practice on Friday. Parkinson shouldn’t be in Week 9 fantasy lineups but adds downside to TE Tyler Higbee’s outlook.

Cowboys TE Jake Ferguson (ankle) is active for today’s game vs. the Colts. He shouldn’t be in Week 9 fantasy lineups but knocks Brevyn Spann-Ford out of deep-league consideration.

Dolphins RB Jaylen Wright (quad) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Lions. That could mean a few extra touches for RB Ollie Gordon. RBs Kaytron Allen and Carlos Washington are active behind Gordon.

Saints WR Jordyn Tyson (hamstring) is active for today’s game vs. the Browns. We’re expecting the rookie to be limited in his debut, coming off a lengthy absence. Keep Tyson on fantasy benches this week, but he could be a starting option soon.
