Saints WR Tre'Quan Smith (foot) put in a full practice on Wednesday and isn't listed on the final injury report. So he'll play against the Cowboys on Thursday night. The last time we saw the rookie, he was exploding for a 10-157-1 line vs. the Eagles. It's worth noting that Smith has struggled on the road this season, but he'll be playing indoors in Dallas.
Saints WR Tre’Quan Smith (ankle) is out for Sunday’s game against the Seahawks. He didn’t practice all week and might be looking at a multi-game absence. Austin Carr, Deonte Harris and Lil’Jordan Humphrey get bumped up the depth chart behind Michael Thomas and Ted Ginn. Thomas is the only viable fantasy starter here with QB Drew Brees out.
Saints WR Tre'Quan Smith (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday. He was knocked out of last weekend's loss to the Rams and is looking unlikely to play against the Seahawks on Sunday. With WR Keith Kirkwood (hamstring) on IR, New Orleans will be down to WRs Michael Thomas, Ted Ginn, Austin Carr and Deonte Harris.
Saints WR Tre'Quan Smith hurt his left ankle at the end of a 28-yard catch and run in the 4th quarter of Sunday's game against the Rams. We'll look for an update on his status. Smith's absence would leave Keith Kirkwood as New Orleans' #3 WR behind Michael Thomas and Ted Ginn.
Saints WR Tre'Quan Smith (foot) remained limited in Tuesday's practice. His status for Thursday night's game against the Cowboys remains murky. We'll get another update on his status tomorrow.
Saints HC Sean Payton said Wednesday that rookie WR Tre'Quan Smith is ready for a bigger role. “We've gotta find ways to get him more touches," Payton said. "He's handling our installation. He knows what we're doing game plan-wise. And I think he's ready to prove that." Smith has seen just 1 target in each of the first 2 games, but his snap rate climbed from 17% in the opener to 33% in Week 2. That'll need to get above 50% before we can start to consider Smith a fantasy option. But there's certainly opportunity here. 60% of the Saints' targets have gone to WR Michael Thomas and RB Alvin Kamara through 2 weeks. They need to find more balance.
