        Jaylen Waddle Hurts Shoulder

Broncos WR Jaylen Waddle is questionable to return to Thursday night's game vs. the Seahawks with a shoulder injury. Waddle went back into the locker room just before halftime and has not returned for the start of the second half. We'll update his status when we know more.

Update: Waddle returned later in the third quarter.

        Jacory Croskey-Merritt Out Thursday

Commanders RB Jacory Croskey-Merritt (groin) did not practice on Thursday. He wasn't reported with an injury during or after last weekend's game vs. the Giants, but his final touch came early in the fourth quarter of the overtime tie. Croskey-Merritt's absence vs. the 49ers on Monday night would leave Rachaad White as Washington's likely lead back. We'll keep you posted on Croskey-Merritt's status.

        Stefon Diggs Still Out Thursday

Commanders WR Stefon Diggs (hamstring) did not practice on Thursday. He has an extra day to get ready for Monday night's game vs. the 49ers, but fantasy managers should not be counting on Diggs playing in that one. We'll let you know if he gets back on the practice field over the next two days.

        Christian Kirk Back At Practice

49ers WR Christian Kirk (calf) was designated to return from IR and got in a limited practice on Thursday. Kirk hurt his calf on the first day of training camp back in late July and has done little since, so we'd be surprised if he was ready to play vs. the Commanders on Monday night. But he's nearing a return for banged-up WRs corps that could use him. Kirk might be worth stashing in deep fantasy leagues.

DeVonta Smith Back At Practice, Dontayvion Wicks Out Thursday

Eagles WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring, toe) returned to a limited practice on Thursday, his first official workout since going down ahead of Week 4. His status for Sunday's game vs. the Panthers remains unclear, but we'll get another update tomorrow. WR Dontayvion Wicks (hamstring) did not practice on Thursday after being limited on Wednesday, putting him in danger of missing this weekend's game.

Zay Flowers Added To Thursday's Injury Report

Ravens WR Zay Flowers was added to the injury report with a toe and limited in practice on Thursday. Flowers has been a regular on the injury report this season, but this is his first toe issue. We don't have any other details on his status right now. We'll see if he practices tomorrow and how he's listed on the final injury report for Sunday's game vs. the Browns.

David Montgomery Out For Week 6

Texans RB David Montgomery (groin) will not travel with the team to London and is out for Sunday's game vs. the Jaguars. We'd consider him likely to miss Week 7, too, with Houston's bye looming in Week 8. RB Woody Marks should get workhorse usage this weekend. He lands 18th in our Week 6 RB rankings, despite the tough matchup against Jacksonville.

        Lamar Jackson Out Again Thursday

Ravens QB Lamar Jackson (ankle) remained sidelined for Thursday's practice. He's looking more likely than not to miss this weekend's game vs. the Browns, but we'll update his status again tomorrow. Jackson's absence would again leave QB Tyler Huntley under center. Huntley played fine in the Week 5 win over the Falcons, completing 75% of his passes with 2 TDs and 0 INTs. But he averaged just 6.3 yards per attempt, and the Ravens leaned run with a -2.5% pass rate over expected. We'll likely see another conservative, run-leaning attack if Huntley starts Sunday's game.

        Rico Dowdle A Full-Go Thursday

Steelers RB Rico Dowdle (toe) was upgraded to full participation in Thursday's practice. He's on track to return for this weekend's game vs. the Buccaneers. RB Jaylen Warren has been excellent with Dowdle out the past three weeks and should remain the lead back in Week 6. Exactly how much work Dowdle takes remains to be seen, but HC Mike McCarthy called Warren the offense's "featured player" earlier this week. Warren should stay locked into fantasy lineups this week. Dowdle would be a risky start in his first game back from turf toe.

Mike Evans Out Thursday With Achilles Soreness

49ers WR Mike Evans will be held out of Thursday's practice with Achilles soreness, HC Kyle Shanahan said. It's another ailment for Evans, who is still recovering from his Week 3 rib injury. It's unclear at this point if Evans is in danger of missing Monday night's game vs. the Commanders. We'll keep you updated on his status over the next few days.

        Kyle Monangai Still Out Wednesday

Bears RB Kyle Monangai (thumb, toe) did not practice on Wednesday. It's looking like he'll miss his second straight game this weekend as he battles turf toe. RB D'Andre Swift is off this week's injury report after appearing with hip and knee issues last week. He should be in for plenty of work vs. the Falcons on Sunday.

Zach Charbonnet Out For Week 6

Seahawks RB Zach Charbonnet (knee) is out for Thursday night's game vs. the Broncos. He's been practicing for a couple of weeks now, and ESPN's Jeremy Fowler wrote earlier today that Charbonnet has "legitimate chance" to make his season debut in Week 7 against the Chiefs. He remains a nice stash as a potential asset over the second half of the season. Emanuel Wilson gets another game as lead back vs. Denver.

        CeeDee Lamb A Full-Go Wednesday

        D.J. Moore Out Wednesday

Bills WR D.J. Moore (shoulder) was listed as a non-participant on Wednesday's injury report. It's an estimation, as Buffalo only held a walkthrough coming off their overtime win on Monday night. But it's still not a good start for Moore's chances of returning for Week 6. We'll update his status again tomorrow.

Ladd McConkey & Quentin Johnston Limited Wednesday

Chargers WRs Ladd McConkey (foot) and Quentin Johnston (chest) were limited in Wednesday's practice. It's an upgrade for McConkey, who missed practice all last week before being active but not playing a single snap vs. Denver. Johnston got in 3 limited practices last week before missing the Broncos game. WR Tre Harris (hamstring) did not practice on Wednesday, while WRs Brenen Thompson (quad), Marquez Valdes-Scantling (rib), and KeAndre Lambert-Smith (hamstring) were limited. We'll keep you updated on the league's most injured WR corps over the next few days.

Marvin Harrison Jr. Will Make Texans Debut This Week

Texans WR Marvin Harrison Jr. will play vs. the Jaguars in London this weekend, HC DeMeco Ryans said. But Ryans also conceded that Harrison will not be ready for a full workload. "We’ll have set plays and make sure it’s as easy as possible for him to get lined up so he can play fast," Ryans said. "Don’t expect him to come out and play all 60 snaps in a game. But we’ll make sure he gets what he needs, and make sure he’s confident in what we need him to do." Harrison arrived in Houston on Monday and will have just 3 practices with his new team before Sunday's game. We'll see exactly how much he plays against Jacksonville, but he can't be trusted in Week 6 fantasy lineups.
