Derwin James OUT vs. Seahawks
Chargers S Derwin James is inactive for today's game against Seattle with a hamstring injury. The team does, at least, get S Elijah Molden back from the hamstring issue that cost him the past two games.

Patriots WR Mack Hollins injured his calf in the third quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Bills and is questionable to return. His absence leaves Romeo Doubs, Demario Douglas, and Kyle Williams as New England's top 3 WRs.
49ers WR Mike Evans (ribs) is active for today’s game vs. the Broncos. TE George Kittle revealed earlier this week that Evans is dealing with fractured ribs. He’s at risk of playing limited snaps and/or getting knocked out of this game early. Evans would be a risky fantasy start this week.
Chargers WR Ladd McConkey (foot) is active for today’s game vs. the Seahawks. He was listed as questionable after only getting in limited practices on Wednesday and Friday. But NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport said this morning that McConkey’s foot injury is not as serious as the rib injury he suffered in Week 1.
Ravens QB Lamar Jackson did not start the second half of Sunday's game vs. the Titans. He's officially questionable to return with an ankle injury. Jackson is on the sidelines without his helmet, with Baltimore up 24-7. QB Tyler Hunter has replaced him. We'll update Jackson's status when we know more.
Bills WR D.J. Moore is questionable to return to Sunday's game vs. the Patriots with a shoulder injury. It's presumably the same shoulder he hurt in Week 2. Stay tuned for an update.
Update: Moore is doubtful to return.
Packers RB Chris Brooks hurt an ankle in the first half of Sunday's game vs. the Buccaneers and is questionable to return. He was leading the team with 30 yards on 4 carries before exiting. His absence leaves Green Bay with RBs MarShawn Lloyd and Kaleb Johnson.
Bengals WR Ja'Marr Chase left in the second quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Jaguars to get checked for a concussion. We'll update his status when we know more.
Update: Chase has been ruled out with a concussion. It's his first career concussion.
Eagles RB Saquon Barkley pulled up with an apparent right leg injury on his second carry against the Rams. Barkley sustained a non-contact injury, pulling up as he reached the sideline. He hopped around keeping weight off the leg and then seemed to be trying to work out the hamstring before leaving with trainers. Barkley was, at least, walking down the sideline under his own power. We'll watch for updates on this situation.
Update: Barkley is questionable to return with a hamstring injury.
Update: Barkley has been ruled out.
The Commanders are planning to get QB Jayden Daniels back from his elbow injury for Week 5, Fox Sports' Jay Glazer reports. Daniels got in limited practices this week with a bulky brace on that left elbow. We'll see if he plans to wear that vs. the Giants next week, but he'll certainly come with some re-injury risk.
Fox's Jay Glazer reports that 49ers WR Mike Evans will start today's game against the Broncos. He'll play with a protective vest over his injured rib. There certainly might still be risk that Evans needs to leave early or sees his playing time limited by pain management, but Evans belongs in lineup consideration in most cases. Check our updated rankings or your Team Dashboard to see if you should use him.
Titans S Kevin Winston Jr. is active for today's game against the Ravens. He turned up questionable after sustaining a shoulder injury in Thursday's practice and sitting out Friday, but Winston looks available for usual IDP usage. I did know down his snap projection a little for the shoulder risk.
Bills CB Christian Benford is inactive for today's game against the Patriots because of a toe injury. It's not surprising after Benford missed the entire practice week. Avoiding Buffalo's top corner obviously helps the New England pass offense, but we're not significantly elevating any specific Pats WR for the matchup.
Patriots LB Christian Elliss (chest), Edge Dre'Mont Jones (shoulder), and S Craig Woodson (shoulder) are active for today's game against the Bills. All entered the day questionable but can be used as planned in IDP leagues.
Rams TE Colby Parkinson (knee, shoulder) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Eagles. TE Terrance Ferguson (ankle) landed on IR this week, leaving Los Angeles down to TEs Tyler Higbee, Davis Allen, and Max Klare. Higbee is the best fantasy bet but isn’t a recommended TE1 start with WR Puka Nacua back today.
Ravens WR Zay Flowers (hamstring) is active for today’s game vs. the Titans. He was listed as questionable after going limited, full, limited in practice this week. But ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reported this morning that Flowers won’t be on a “hard pitch count” today. Get him in starting lineups.
Titans RB Tyjae Spears (ankle) is active for today’s game vs. the Ravens. He should continue to play a secondary role behind RB Tony Pollard and would be a desperation fantasy start.
Jets TE Kenyon Sadiq (back) is active for today’s game vs. the Bears. He was limited in practice all week but never seemed to be in danger of missing this one. Sadiq should be busy again today with WR Adonai Mitchell and TE Mason Taylor out.
Commanders QB Marcus Mariota suffered a right leg injury in the first quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Colts. He went into the medical tent and then headed back to the locker room with trainers. With QB Jayden Daniels inactive today, Washington is down to seventh-round rookie QB Athan Kaliakmanis.
Update: Mariota is questionable to return with a knee injury.
Update: Mariota has been ruled out.
We've already heard -- and passed along -- that the Buccaneers expect QB Baker Mayfield to miss three weeks with his dislocated right thumb. But that appears to be the short end of his return window. ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Mayfield is expected to miss "anywhere from three to six weeks, depending on how quickly he is able to grip the football."
