        Colby Parkinson INACTIVE

Rams TE Colby Parkinson (knee, shoulder) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Eagles. TE Terrance Ferguson (ankle) landed on IR this week, leaving Los Angeles down to TEs Tyler Higbee, Davis Allen, and Max Klare. Higbee is the best fantasy bet but isn’t a recommended TE1 start with WR Puka Nacua back today.

        Zay Flowers Active

Ravens WR Zay Flowers (hamstring) is active for today’s game vs. the Titans. He was listed as questionable after going limited, full, limited in practice this week. But ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reported this morning that Flowers won’t be on a “hard pitch count” today. Get him in starting lineups.

        Tyjae Spears Active

Titans RB Tyjae Spears (ankle) is active for today’s game vs. the Ravens. He should continue to play a secondary role behind RB Tony Pollard and would be a desperation fantasy start.

Jets TE Kenyon Sadiq (back) is active for today’s game vs. the Bears. He was limited in practice all week but never seemed to be in danger of missing this one. Sadiq should be busy again today with WR Adonai Mitchell and TE Mason Taylor out.

Marcus Mariota Leaves With Right Leg Injury

Commanders QB Marcus Mariota suffered a right leg injury in the first quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Colts. He went into the medical tent and then headed back to the locker room with trainers. With QB Jayden Daniels inactive today, Washington is down to seventh-round rookie QB Athan Kaliakmanis.

Update: Mariota is questionable to return with a knee injury.

Update: Mariota has been ruled out.

Bucs Might Miss Baker Mayfield Well Beyond Three Weeks

We've already heard -- and passed along -- that the Buccaneers expect QB Baker Mayfield to miss three weeks with his dislocated right thumb. But that appears to be the short end of his return window. ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Mayfield is expected to miss "anywhere from three to six weeks, depending on how quickly he is able to grip the football."

        Darius Slayton A Healthy Scratch

Colts WR Darius Slayton is a healthy scratch vs. the Commanders today, despite the team missing WRs Alec Pierce and Keenan Allen. Active for Indianapolis today:

        • Josh Downs
        • Laquon Treadwell
        • Ashton Dulin
        • Deion Burks
        • Nick Westbrook-Ikhine
        • Anthony Gould

The Colts' passing game should flow through Downs and TE Tyler Warren today.

        Terry McLaurin INACTIVE

Commanders WR Terry McLaurin (hamstring) is inactive for this morning’s game vs. the Colts. He presumably hurt his hamstring in Friday’s practice and could miss multiple games. Washington’s Week 7 bye could factor into McLaurin’s return timeline. His absence today leaves Stefon Diggs as the Commanders’ top WR and a nice fantasy start.

No Snap Count For Puka Nacua Today

The Rams "do not intend to limit Puka Nacua's workload" vs. the Eagles today, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Nacua practiced all week, including a full workout on Friday, and was not listed on the final Week 4 injury report. There's still more risk here than usual in Nacua's first action since the opener, but he'd be impossible to leave out of Week 4 fantasy lineups.

Zay Flowers Expected To Play Week 4

Ravens WR Zay Flowers (hamstring) is expected to play vs. the Titans today, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Flowers went from a limited practice on Wednesday to full participation on Thursday but was limited again on Friday. He's listed as questionable. There's still some added risk here, but Flowers would be nearly impossible to leave out of Week 4 fantasy lineups. He's posted 6-150-1 and 5-84-0 lines in his 2 games this season, despite playing limited snaps in both.

Update: ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reports that Flowers won’t be on a “hard pitch count” today. We’re not sure exactly what a soft pitch count looks like, but it at least sounds like Flowers should exceed last week’s 33% snap rate.

Jalen Coker "Unlikely" To Play Week 4

Panthers WR Jalen Coker (quad) is "unlikely" to play vs. the Lions tonight, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Coker is listed as questionable after getting in limited practices on Thursday and Friday. Carolina has a Week 5 bye coming up, though, so Coker can get extended time off before hopefully returning in Week 6. Carolina will also be without WR Xavier Legette (knee) tonight, leaving WR Brycen Tremayne as the likely No. 2. WR Tetairoa McMillan should be in for big volume, and TE Darren Waller could also get a target boost.

Ladd McConkey Expected To Play Week 4

Chargers WR Ladd McConkey (foot) is "likely" to play vs. the Seahawks this afternoon, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. McConkey is listed as questionable after getting in just limited practices on Wednesday and Friday, but Rapoport says this foot injury is not as serious as the rib injury McConkey suffered in Week 1. It still adds some risk to a guy who's already operating in a struggling offense. McConkey lands 28th in our Week 4 WR rankings.

Tyjae Spears Expected To Play Week 4

Titans RB Tyjae Spears (ankle) is expected to play vs. the Ravens today, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Spears is listed as questionable but was a full participant in Friday's practice, so we're projecting him to play his usual change-of-pace role behind Tony Pollard.

DeVonta Smith Expected To Miss Multiple Games

Eagles WR DeVonta Smith is expected to miss multiple games with his hamstring injury, according to insider Jeff McLane. Smith has been ruled out for Sunday's game vs. the Rams, and it sounds like he'll also miss at least Week 5. The Eagles' bye isn't until Week 10, so Smith won't get any help there. He notably hasn't been placed on IR, which means the team believes he could be back before Week 8. Smith should stay stashed in all fantasy leagues.

Terry McLaurin Unlikely To Play Week 4

Commanders WR Terry McLaurin is "likely" to miss Sunday morning's game vs. the Colts, insider Ben Standig hears. Standig adds that a final decision on McLaurin hasn't been made, but he was always a long shot after hurting his hamstring in Friday's practice. We'll see if the injury costs him multiple games. McLaurin's absence leaves WR Stefon Diggs as Washington's clear top target and a solid Week 4 fantasy start.

Keenan Allen Out For Week 4

Colts WR Keenan Allen (groin) has been downgraded to out for Sunday morning's game vs. the Commanders in London. He opened the week with two limited practices before missing Friday's workout. We'll see if Allen misses more time beyond Week 4. With WR Alec Pierce on IR, Indianapolis is down to WRs Josh Downs, Darius Slayton, Laquon Treadwell, Ashton Dulin, and Deion Burks. We'll see if Slayton is ready to make his Colts debut after signing a couple of weeks ago, but he's not a realistic Week 4 fantasy start. Downs and TE Tyler Warren should control targets for the Colts this week.

        Terrance Ferguson To IR

The Rams placed TE Terrance Ferguson on IR with his ankle injury. He's out at least the next 4 games, making Week 8 the earliest we'll potentially see him again. Ferguson is droppable in shallower fantasy leagues. TE Colby Parkinson (knee, shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game vs. the Eagles after missing practice all week. His absence would leave the Rams down to Tyler Higbee, Davis Allen, and Max Klare at TE.

Mike Evans Questionable For Week 4

49ers WR Mike Evans (ribs) is listed as questionable after only getting in a limited practice on Friday. HC Kyle Shanahan called Evans a game-time decision, but ESPN’s Nick Wagoner reports that Evans plans to play with extra protection on his injured ribs. He told the media Friday that he’s played through a similar injury before. "It was brutal to play through, but it's something that I can do," Evans said. Between the injury and matchup against Broncos CB Patrick Surtain and Co., Evans is no better than a WR3 in fantasy lineups this week.
