Patriots RB TreVeyon Henderson is questionable to return to Sunday's game vs. the Raiders with an ankle injury. He carried 4 times for 22 yards and caught his lone target for 16 yards before exiting. We'll update Henderson's status when we know more.

Texans RB David Montgomery suffered a groin injury in the first half of Sunday's game vs. the Titans and is questionable to return. That should leave Woody Marks in an every-down role. We'll update Montgomery's status when we know more.

Vikings RB Aaron Jones is questionable to return to Sunday's game vs. the Saints after suffering a first-quarter knee injury. That leaves Minnesota with RBs Demond Claiborne and DeeJay Dallas. We'll update Jones' status when we know more.

Update: Jones returned in the second quarter.

Eagles TE Dallas Goedert took the field Sunday for the first time since injuring a knee in Week 2. He led the team with 9 targets and 6 catches in the loss to Jacksonville, while gaining a mere 38 yards (6.3 per catch).

Browns WR KC Concepcion has been ruled out of Sunday's game vs. Jets with a head injury. He took a big hit in the first quarter and was down for a while. Concepcion figures to land in concussion protocol, but we'll look for further updates on his status.

WR Darius Cooper scored the Eagles' only TD in Sunday's loss to the Jaguars in England. It was his second straight game with at least one score and gives Cooper 4 TDs across the past four games. His full receiving line included just 2 catches for 71 yards among 3 targets, though. Cooper's score came from 62 yards out in the second quarter.

Vikings TE T.J. Hockenson sustained a concussion on the first possession of Sunday's game vs. the Saints and won't return. It's his second documented concussion, with the first coming back in 2019. Hockenson gets a well-timed Week 6 bye and should have a chance to be cleared for Week 7.

The Eagles lost No. 3 RB Will Shipley in the first half of Sunday's loss to the Jaguars. That left Dameon Pierce -- elevated this week -- to lead the backfield. He logged just 14 yards on his 11 carries (1.3 per rush) and totaled 2 catches for minus-2 yards among 5 targets.

Eagles QB Jalen Hurts overcame the losses of multiple linemen and WR DeVonta Smith to log his second-largest passing-yardage total of the season in Sunday's loss to the Jaguars. That only took 220 yards, though, on 21-of-40 passing. That's a 52.5% completion rate and 5.5 yards per pass attempt. Hurts threw a TD to WR Darius Cooper and avoided turnovers. He did fumble twice, but the team didn't lose either of them.

Bengals WR Tee Higgins will have "some snap count limitations" vs. the Dolphins today, according to NFL Network's Cameron Wolfe. Higgins suffered an adductor injury last weekend and was listed as questionable for Week 5, despite getting in a full practice on Friday. It's possible that his snaps are limited but that he's still out there for most of Cincinnati's pass plays today. It's also possible that he's more limited than that, especially if the Bengals have a comfortable lead at any point. The matchup against a leaky Miami secondary makes Higgins tough to bench, but he certainly comes with more risk than usual today.

Raiders RB Ashton Jeanty (ankle, foot) is active for today’s game vs. the Patriots. He was listed as questionable after missing Friday’s practice. NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport said this morning that Jeanty is dealing with plantar fasciitis that “flared up a little bit” this week. He comes with elevated risk but would be tough to leave out of Week 5 fantasy lineups.

Steelers RB Rico Dowdle (toe) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Colts. He got in 3 limited practices this week, so we’re tentatively expecting him back for next Sunday’s game vs. the Buccaneers. But RB Jaylen Warren gets to play workhorse again today.

Colts WR Keenan Allen (groin, rest) is active for today’s game vs. the Steelers. He got in a full practice on Friday, so he should be ready for his usual role. Allen checks in as a WR4 in the Week 5 rankings.

Titans WR Carnell Tate (back) is active for today’s game vs. the Texans. The rookie was added to the injury report on Thursday and limited again on Friday, but we never heard any concern about his status for this one. Tate lands 28th in our Week 5 WR rankings.

Commanders WR Terry McLaurin (hamstring) is active for today’s game vs. the Giants. He hurt his hamstring in practice just 9 days ago. NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reported this morning that McLaurin would be on a snap count if he played today. He’s a risky Week 5 fantasy start but is available if you need him.

Patriots RB Rhamondre Stevenson (knee) is active for today’s game vs. the Raiders. He was limited in practice all week and listed as questionable. Stevenson said Friday that he was “ready to go,” although HC Mike Vrabel sounded unsure of his availability for this one multiple times throughout the week. Stevenson certainly comes with some added risk in fantasy lineups today.

Dolphins RB Jaylen Wright (foot) is active for today’s game vs. the Bengals. He popped up on the injury report on Thursday and was listed as questionable. But Wright is available to serve as the No. 2 RB behind Ollie Gordon.

Bengals WRs Ja'Marr Chase (concussion) and Tee Higgins (groin, neck) are active for today’s game vs. the Dolphins. Both guys put in full practices on Friday. Chase should be ready for his usual role today coming off the head injury. Higgins carries some re-injury risk but also plenty of upside against an overmatched Miami secondary.

Bears QB Caleb Williams (hamstring) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Packers. He returned to a limited practice on Friday and is “pushing” for a Week 6 return, NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reported this morning. We’ll keep you posted on Williams’ progress throughout next week. QB Tyson Bagent gets the start today.

Saints RB Alvin Kamara (back) is active for today’s game vs. the Vikings. He only got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday and was listed as questionable. Between the back issue and a matchup with Minnesota’s second-ranked RB defense, Kamara is a shaky fantasy start today.
