Giants WR Malik Nabers suffered an apparent left shoulder injury at the end of the first quarter of Monday night's game vs. the Rams. It looked like an innocent contested-catch opportunity for Nabers, but he immediately grabbed at the shoulder before collapsing on the sidelines. We'll update his status when we know more.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that Colts WR Alec Pierce will miss at least several weeks and "likely" land on IR for the heel he re-injured Sunday night against the Chiefs.

Giants QB Jaxson Dart appeared to injure his left leg on the first possession of tonight's game against the Rams. Dart got sandwiched between a pair of defenders and took a shot to the outside of the knee. He limped off the field under his own power but went to the blue tent and then the locker room. Jameis Winston entered for the ensuing drive. ESPN's Melissa Stark reported that Dart went to the locker room rather than the X-ray room.

Rams WR Puka Nacua (hip) is inactive for tonight's game vs. the Giants. He went through what sounded like a half-speed warmup but didn't get the green light. We'll see if he can make it back for Sunday night's game vs. the Broncos. Nacua's absence leaves a giant hole in the Rams' passing game. WR Davante Adams is the best target bet, and we'll likely see plenty of 2- and 3-TE sets. TE Terrance Ferguson is a candidate for a big role in the passing game tonight.

The Eagles are signing TE Zach Ertz to the practice squad. The move comes in the wake of news that TE Dallas Goedert will miss "a few weeks" with an MCL sprain. Ertz is coming off an ACL tear that ended his season Dec. 7.

Chargers TEs David Njoku and Charlie Kolar will be placed on IR with the injuries they suffered in the Week 2 loss to the Raiders, HC Jim Harbaugh said. Kolar's forearm injury will cost him "about a month," a source tells ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. We're still waiting for details on Njoku's knee injury, but he's also out at least 4 weeks.

Update: Njoku has a fibula injury, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, but there's still no timeline for his return.

Colts HC Shane Steichen confirmed Monday that WR Alec Pierce re-injured the heel he had offseason surgery on in Sunday night's loss to the Chiefs. Pierce left the stadium in a walking boot and on crutches. Steichen said Pierce is getting a second opinion on this latest injury, and ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reports that Pierce is considered "week to week." Don't be surprised if he lands on short-term IR.

The Panthers consider RB Jonathon Brooks "week-to-week while he gets second opinions on his groin injury," according to Tom Pelissero of The Ringer. Brooks suffered the initial injury in training camp and aggravated it in Sunday's win over the Falcons.

The Falcons have named QB Michael Penix Jr. the starter for Thursday night's game against the Packers. We passed along word Sunday that this might be the case, and the team confirmed it Monday. Atlanta started Cooper Rush the first two games after Tua Tagovailoa went down with an oblique injury.

Ravens WR Zay Flowers (hamstring) has a "good shot" to play against the Cowboys this weekend, HC Jesse Minter said Monday. Flowers missed Week 2 but got in a limited practice on Friday. Barring a setback, we'll be projecting him to play against Dallas. Flowers was on a pace for a huge Week 1 before going down, racking up 5 catches for 150 yards and a score in less than one half of action.

In a game where the Colts scored three TDs, Jonathan Taylor was responsible for two. Taylor finished Sunday night with 24 carries for 92 yards and 2 TDs while adding four receptions on as many targets for 40 receiving yards in a 29.2 PPR point performance.

Vikings QB Kyler Murray has cleared concussion protocol and will start Week 3's game against the Buccaneers, HC Kevin O'Connell said Monday. Murray played just 11 snaps in the opener before exiting with the head injury. He'll return for a plus matchup against a Buccaneers defense that just made QB Deshaun Watson look decent. Murray will be a risk/reward QB1 play in Week 3 fantasy lineups.

Seahawks HC Mike Macdonald said Monday that RB Jadarian Price suffered a shoulder injury in the Week 2 win over the Cardinals, rather than the previously reported chest injury. "It’s intact and nothing serious, it seems like," Macdonald added. Good news, but it's still unclear if Price will be available for this Sunday's game vs. the Commanders. RB Emanuel Wilson is the waiver add while we wait to learn more about Price's status. Wilson out-carried RB George Holani 14 to 4 after Price exited the Cardinals game.

Travis Kelce had a vintage performance in the Chiefs 33-30 overtime win over the Colts, posting 25.1 PPR points for his highest-scoring game since Week 7 of 2023. The 14th-year TE finished Sunday night catching nine of his team-high 11 targets for 101 yards and a TD.

49ers TE George Kittle bounced back from a quiet Week 1 with 4 catches, 80 yards, and a TD against Miami. He caught all 4 of his targets, taking advantage of what could prove to be his most favorable matchup of the season.

Kenneth Walker backed up his 34.1 PPR point, RB2 Week 1 finish with another RB2 finish (pending Monday Night Football) in Week 2 after scoring 23.8 PPR points. The Chiefs newest RB handled 24 attempts for 117 yards but it was his 6 receptions for 61 yards after receiving a career-high 10 targets that stood out.

Patrick Mahomes' 29.0 fantasy point performance in the team’s Sunday night win marks his fourth-highest scoring week since the start of 2023. The Chiefs QB completed 32 of his 47 pass attempts for 382 yards and 3 TDs without throwing an INT. He also accounted for 17 rushing yards on two carries, both happening in overtime.

The Ringer's Tom Pelissero reports that Bears QB Caleb Williams avoided a major hamstring injury and that the team is not even ruling him out for Week 3. We'd be surprised if Williams played vs. the Eagles next Monday night, but that extra day of rest won't hurt. If nothing else, it sounds like Williams will not be out for long. We'll keep a close eye on his status throughout the week, but fantasy managers should still be lining up another option for Week 3. QB Tyson Bagent will start for as long as Williams is out. He's not a viable QB1 against Philadelphia this week.

Update: HC Ben Johnson said Monday that it "sounds like it's gonna be a week-to-week deal" for Williams.

Cowboys TE Jake Ferguson snagged a pair of scoring passes in Sunday's win over the Commanders. He caught four balls for 43 yards in all, ranking fourth on the team in catches and second in yards while tying for fourth in targets (4). But that production masked a playing-time issue that figures to challenge his fantasy outlook if it continues.
