Bucs CB Darrelle Revis (groin) will play against the Panthers today, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.  Revis was unable to return to last week's game and only got in a limited practice on Friday this week, so it's tough to believe he'll be at 100%.  We're not moving Panthers WR Steve Smith down our Week 13 rankings.

ESPN's Colin Stephenson reports that Jets HC Todd Bowles doesn't seem optimistic for CB Darrelle Revis' chances to return Sunday after missing Week 12 with a concussion. Revis sat out practice Wednesday, and Bowles reportedly said he doesn't expect the star corner to get onto the field Thursday either. You should be starting Giants WR Odell Beckham in this matchup either way, but missing Revis would certainly hurt the Jets' pass D and help the Giants' lead wideout.

Jets HC Todd Bowles said CB Darrelle Revis "wasn't feeling any better" Monday after leaving Sunday's game with a concussion, according to ESPN.com. Bowles added that he generally feels "pessimistic" for a player's chances of returning for the following game after suffering a concussion. We'll see how Revis progresses through the league protocol this week. It'll be tough to project his specific impact on Sunday's matchup with the Dolphins, however, as Miami sports no true #1 outside WR.

Jets CB Darrelle Revis is active for Sunday's clash with the Eagles despite a groin injury that had him questionable. He never really seemed in danger of missing the game. Revis isn't much of an IDP option, but his presence obviously helps a Jets team D with plenty of upside against the struggling Eagles.

CB Darrelle Revis has reached a deal with the Jets. Revis obviously upgrades any defense he joins in a big way. The Jets could still stand to upgrade their edge-rushing group, but the team D carries more fantasy intrigue than it did last week. Revis' skill as a cover man has hurt his IDP value for years. It will also, however, likely help the scoring of new teammate CB Buster Skrine.

The Patriots on Monday officially declined their 2015 option on CB Darrelle Revis, which would have paid the veteran $20 million. That move isn't surprising and doesn't necessarily mean he won't return to New England, but Revis will find no shortage of suitors on the open market. Even if he's not much of an IDP factor, a healthy Revis undeniably helps any defense he joins.
