The Jaguars have placed WR Marqise Lee on the PUP list with the left knee injury he suffered last August. This isn't a surprise after WRs coach Keenan McCardell said back in June that Lee would likely miss the first "couple weeks" of camp. We'll see when he's able to get back on the field, but Lee isn't worth a pick in fantasy drafts right now.
Jaguars WR Marqise Lee (knee) has been downgraded to out for Sunday's game against the Texans. It seems like he suffered a setback with that knee on Thursday. Lee isn't worth stashing in redraft leagues.
Jaguars WR Marqise Lee (knee) is listed as questionable for this weekend's game against the Texans. He was added to the injury report on Thursday, so it looks like he might have suffered a setback with that knee he hurt last August. Lee played just 21% of the offensive snaps in the opener, so there's little fantasy impact here. Dede Westbrook, D.J. Chark and Chris Conley are Jacksonville's top 3 WRs.
The Jaguars on Saturday activated WR Marqise Lee from the PUP list, and he joined the team on the field, according to NFL.com. There had been reports that Jacksonville might not have Lee for the start of the regular season, which no longer should be in question. Dede Westbrook, D.J. Chark and Chris Conley have been running as the top 3 receivers. We'll see if Lee can work his way back into that mix now that he's back from the ACL tear that cost him all of 2018.
Jaguars HC Doug Marrone admitted Saturday that WR Marqise Lee might miss the start of the season. He remains on the PUP list after suffering a significant knee injury last August. Lee isn't worth a pick in fantasy drafts. Dede Westbrook, D.J. Chark and Chris Conley are expected to open the season as Jacksonville's top 3 WRs.
Jaguars WRs coach Keenan McCardell conceded that WR Marquise Lee (knee) is unlikely to be ready for the start of training camp. “He’s probably a couple weeks into training camp before he’ll be back," McCardell said. Lee suffered ligament damage in his left knee last August. We never learned the exact extent of the injury, but it looks like it was more than just an ACL considering he'll need over a year to get fully cleared. Jacksonville's WR corps is wide open at this point, with Lee, Dede Westbrook, D.J. Chark, Keelan Cole and Chris Conley battling for playing time. But until we see him back and on the field and looking healthy, Lee isn't worth drafting.
