Titans HC Mike Vrabel announced Monday that WR Corey Davis is in the concussion protocol. That makes him iffy for this weekend's must-win game against the Texans. Davis' absence would open up a few extra looks for WR A.J. Brown, WR Tajae Sharpe and TE Jonnu Smith.
The Titans have activated WR Corey Davis off the COVID list. That makes him available for Sunday's game against Pittsburgh. Davis has seen 8, 5 and 6 targets in his 3 games so far this season. He'll be in contention for at least WR4-level usage in fantasy lineups for Week 7.
Titans WR Adam Humphries was activated from the COVID list this week. WR Corey Davis has not been and isn’t expected to play vs. the Texans on Sunday. WR A.J. Brown and TE Jonnu Smith should continue to dominate targets for Tennessee.
The Titans have placed WR Corey Davis on the COVID reserve list. That wipes the WR out for at least this weekend's game against the Bills. Frankly, the way this week has gone for Tennessee casts the whole game in doubt. We'll keep an eye on Davis' return.
Titans WR Corey Davis (hamstring) returned to a limited practice Thursday. That's progress after he sat out Wednesday, but Davis put in full practices each of the final 2 days last week. We'll see about his Friday participation. The questions on Davis and A.J. Brown for this weekend chip away at QB Ryan Tannehill's fantasy outlook in what should be a decent matchup. The situation at WR, though, adds target-volume upside to TE Jonnu Smith and WR Adam Humphries.
Titans WR Corey Davis missed practice Wednesday with a hamstring issue. That's the same injury that limited him at the start of last practice week, but Davis finished with a pair of full workouts and then played against the Broncos (racking up a 7-101 receiving line). We'll keep an eye on Davis, but this seems like maintenance 2 days after a late game out west. WR A.J. Brown was a limited participant, listed with a knee issue. We'll watch him as well but aren't currently concerned.
