The Bills have made CB Tre'Davious White, DE Jerry Hughes and DE Mario Addison healthy scratches vs. the Dolphins today. That points to the team planning to rest starters in general over playing for the win. Keep that in mind if you've been planning to start QB Josh Allen or WR Stefon Diggs in a season-long lineup.
The Bills have placed CB Josh Norman on the COVID list after he tested positive. Buffalo has also placed TE Tyler Kroft, CB Levi Wallace and S Dean Marlowe on the list as close contacts. They won't travel for Sunday's game against the Cardinals. That removes a starting corner (Wallace) and the potential replacement for S Micah Hyde if Hyde turns up inactive. He's questionable after sustaining an ankle injury Thursday that kept him out of Friday's practice. So Buffalo could be facing Arizona down 2 of its top 3 outside CBs and starting a 3rd-stringer at safety.
Bills S Micah Hyde (concussion) is inactive for today's game against the Patriots. LB Matt Milano (pec) is active but could still see his role limited. DE Jerry Hughes (foot) and DT Quinton Jefferson (knee) are active as well.
Bills S Micah Hyde (concussion), DE Jerry Hughes (foot), LB Matt Milano (pec) and DT Quinton Jefferson (knee) are all questionable for Sunday's game against the Patriots. Hyde looks unlikely to play after missing practice all week. Hughes and Jefferson each put in a full practice Friday and looks likely to be available. Milano played through a questionable tag last week and continued to practice on a limited basis this week. He played just a fraction of his normal role in Week 7, though. We have to assume he won't be back to full playing time this week.
Bills LB Matt Milano and CB Tre'Davious White are active for today's game against the Jets. Milano had missed the past 2 games with a pectoral injury but looks good to go for IDP lineups. White's back issue popped up during the week, so we'll see if it affects his playing time today. But White looks ready to go if you were planning to play him in your IDP lineup. The team defense only becomes a stronger fantasy play with 2 key starters in the lineup.
Bills LB Matt Milano (pec) and CB Tre'Davious White (back) are questionable for Sunday's game against the Jets. White played through a questionable tag last week. But after not showing up on the Wednesday injury report, he was limited Thursday and then sat out Friday. We wouldn't be surprised to see him sit out this game. Milano missed his 2nd straight game last week despite mixing in a full Thursday practice between 2 limited workouts. He spent all 3 days limited this week. We'll update the status for both players Sunday morning. If Milano can't go, A.J. Klein would see full playing time. He played 88% of the snaps against Kansas City, tallying 7 tackles and a forced fumble. White's backup is Siran Neal. Buffalo will also miss CB Josh Norman, who suffered a hamstring injury Thursday. Levi Wallace, the season-opening starter opposite White, is already on short-term IR.
Terry's combination of size and speed gives him intriguing upside as a later-round target in dynasty rookie drafts.
