Dolphins RB Jaylen Wright (foot) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Bengals. He was added to the injury report on Thursday and limited again on Friday. Wright notably missed time with a foot injury earlier this season. He shouldn’t be in Week 5 fantasy lineups, but his absence would make RB Ollie Gordon easier to trust.

Dolphins WR Caleb Douglas (ankle) is out for this weekend’s game vs. the Bengals. Malik Washington and Chris Bell will continue to serve as Miami’s top 2 WRs.

Bengals WRs Ja'Marr Chase (concussion) and Tee Higgins (groin, neck) are listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Dolphins. Both guys were full participants in Friday’s practice, though. Chase still needs clearance from his concussion but seems on track to get it before Sunday. Higgins also seemingly has a real chance to play. We’ll keep you posted on both guys and get Cincinnati’s inactives around 11:30 am ET on Sunday.

Commanders RB Rachaad White (shoulder) was limited in practice all week but is not listed on the final injury report for Sunday’s game vs. the Giants. It’s unclear exactly how he’ll fit back into a backfield that added Austin Ekeler and got rid of Kaytron Allen since we last saw White. He’d be a desperation Week 5 fantasy start.

Commanders QB Jayden Daniels (elbow) put in a full week of practice and is off the final injury report. He’ll start Sunday’s game vs. the Giants, just three weeks after dislocating his left elbow. While it shouldn’t impact the righty’s passing, Daniels’ rushing figures to be limited, and he’ll be at risk of re-injury. He lasted just 39 snaps when he tried to return from this same injury last year. Consider him a risk/reward fantasy start this week.

Commanders WR Stefon Diggs (hamstring) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Giants. WR Terry McLaurin (hamstring) is listed as questionable after returning to a limited practice on Friday. McLaurin hurt that hamstring in last Friday’s practice, so it’d be a quick turnaround to play this weekend. We’ll look for further updates on his status. Regardless, rookie WR Antonio Williams should be in for a significant role this week.

Giants WR Malik Nabers (knee) is not listed on the final Week 5 injury report. He sat out Wednesday with knee soreness but returned to a limited practice on Thursday and was a full-go on Friday. It looks like Nabers will be ready for his typical vs. the Commanders this weekend.

Ravens WR Zay Flowers (foot) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Sunday night’s game vs. the Falcons. It’s a new injury for Flowers, who dealt with hamstring trouble earlier this season. We haven’t heard anything to suggest that he’s in danger of missing this game, but hopefully we get an update on Flowers’ status on Sunday morning.

Eagles TE Dallas Goedert (knee) practiced all week, including a full workout on Friday, and is not listed on the final injury report for Sunday’s game vs. the Jaguars. Goedert carries some risk in his first action since Week 2, but there’s also plenty of target upside here with RB Saquon Barkley and WR DeVonta Smith out.

Eagles WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) didn’t practice all week and is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Jaguars. WR Dontayvion Wicks (hamstring) was added to the injury report on Thursday but got in a limited practice on Friday and has no game designation. Wicks, Makai Lemon, and Darius Cooper will again serve as Philadelphia’s top 3 WRs vs. Jacksonville.

Eagles RB Saquon Barkley (hamstring) is out for Sunday morning’s game vs. the Jaguars in London. He didn’t practice all week and could miss more time beyond Week 5. Barkley’s absence leaves Will Shipley as Philadelphia’s likely lead back. But RB Dameon Pierce might also be involved, and this week’s matchup is tough against Jacksonville’s seventh-ranked RB defense.

Update: The Eagles also elevated RB Carson Steele from the practice squad on Friday.

Packers RB Chris Brooks (ankle) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Bears. Green Bay elevated RB Pierre Strong from the practice squad earlier this week. He’ll join MarShawn Lloyd and Kaleb Johnson in a backfield you still don’t want to mess with in fantasy lineups.

Titans WR Carnell Tate (back) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Texans. The rookie was added to the injury report on Thursday and limited again on Friday. But HC Robert Saleh said Friday that Tate would be ready for the Houston game. He can stay penciled into Week 5 fantasy lineups.

Colts WR Keenan Allen (groin, rest) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Steelers. He got in a full practice on Friday, though, so he should play. Allen will join Josh Downs and Laquon Treadwell as the Colts’ top 3 WRs. WR Ashton Dulin (hamstring) is out.

Saints RB Alvin Kamara (back) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Vikings. He got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday, which should have him on track to play. But the back adds risk, on top of the matchup against Minnesota’s second-ranked RB defense.

Steelers RB Rico Dowdle (toe) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Colts. RBs coach Ramon Chinyoung spoke Friday like Dowdle would play this weekend, so we’re currently projecting him in. But we’re also expecting Jaylen Warren to lead the backfield after strong showings the past two weeks.

Bears QB Caleb Williams (hamstring) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Packers after returning to a limited practice on Friday. HC Ben Johnson already named QB Tyson Bagent the starter for that one, but Williams seems on track for a Week 6 return. We’ll track his progress next week.

Raiders RB Ashton Jeanty (ankle, foot) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Patriots. Jeanty was a full-go on Wednesday, but he was limited and had the foot added to the injury report on Thursday. Then he didn’t practice on Friday. It looks like Jeanty hurt his foot on Thursday, leaving him truly uncertain for Sunday’s game. We’ll update his status as we learn more and get Vegas’ inactives around 11:30 am ET on Sunday. Jeanty’s absence would turn rookie Mike Washington into the Raiders’ lead back and a fantasy starter.

Patriots RB Rhamondre Stevenson (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Raiders. He was limited in practice all week, and HC Mike Vrabel sounded unsure of Stevenson’s availability for this one multiple times. But Stevenson said Friday that he’s “ready to go.” We’ll look for further updates on his status and get New England’s inactives around 11:30 am ET on Sunday. It’s safe to assume that Stevenson won’t be at 100% if he does suit up for this one. That makes RB TreVeyon Henderson a more intriguing Week 5 fantasy start.

Vikings WRs Justin Jefferson (ankle) and Jordan Addison (hamstring) are listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Saints. Jefferson was limited in all 3 practices this week, while Addison only got in limited workouts on Thursday and Friday. They both seem genuinely iffy for this one. We’ll look for further updates and get Minnesota’s inactives around 11:30 am ET on Sunday.
