Bryan Broaddus of Cowboys.com singled out WR Michael Gallup and TE Blake Jarwin when asked to name which pass-catchers have been in sync with QB Dak Prescott this spring. Dallas' WR and TE corps will look much different this season after the departures of Dez Bryant and Jason Witten, who combined for 44.4% of the team's targets last year. Gallup, a 3rd-round rookie with an impressive combination of athleticism and college production, has a shot to emerge as the Cowboys' #1 WR in 2018. And Jarwin is in the mix for a significant role with Rico Gathers, Geoff Swaim and Dalton Schultz as his only competition. We'll be keeping a close eye on this pass-catching group all summer.
Cowboys WR Michael Gallup (hip) put in a full week of practice and isn’t listed on the final injury report. He’s a borderline WR3 against a burnable Eagles secondary on Sunday.
Cowboys WR Michael Gallup (hip) was a full-go in Wednesday's practice. He's evidently on track to play vs. the Eagles this weekend after getting knocked out of last week's win over the 49ers. Gallup actually leads Dallas with 35 targets over the past 5 weeks.
Cowboys WR Michael Gallup suffered a hip pointer in Sunday's win over the 49ers, according to the Dallas Morning News' Michael Gehlken. It's a relatively minor injury, and Gallup hasn't been ruled out for this weekend's game vs. the Eagles. We'll monitor his status throughout the week. Gallup was a fringy fantasy option at 100%, though, so he probably shouldn't be in your Week 16 plans.
Cowboys WR Michael Gallup was knocked out of Sunday's game against the 49ers with a hip injury. He's been replaced by WR Noah Brown. We'll pass along an update on Gallup when we get one.
