Redskins WR Paul Richardson (shoulder) is active for today’s game against the Colts. He reportedly injured his shoulder in practice this week, adding some risk to his outlook. Richardson tallied just 22 yards in the opener but did play 77% of the offensive snaps. He’s a flier in a plus matchup vs. Indy.
