Seahawks WR Tory Horton (hamstring) put in a full week of practice and is off the final injury report. He’ll make his 2026 debut vs. the Cardinals on Sunday. Horton figures to slide in as Seattle’s No. 4 WR for now but could eventually push Cooper Kupp and potentially Rashid Shaheed for snaps.

49ers K Eddy Pineiro (illness) did not practice all week and is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Dolphins. Players typically don’t miss games with illnesses, but HC Kyle Shanahan said Friday that the team plans on adding a kicker as insurance in case Pineiro can’t go. You might want to grab a healthier kicker for your Week 2 fantasy lineup.

49ers RB Kaelon Black (groin) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Dolphins. He was added to the injury report on Thursday and then limited again in Friday’s practice. Asked Friday how much optimism he has that Black will play this weekend, HC Kyle Shanahan said, "A questionable amount of optimism." Ok then. Black would be a shaky fantasy start at less than 100%. His absence would leave Jordan James as San Francisco’s No. 2 RB and likely mean more work for Christian McCaffrey.

Rams WR Puka Nacua missed practice on Friday with a hip issue. He was not on the injury report on Thursday. We don't have any other details on this ailment, but it's worth remembering that Nacua missed three weeks in August with a psoas injury. This latest issue could be related. We'll see if Nacua practices tomorrow and then how he's listed on the final injury report for Monday night's game vs. the Giants.

Broncos RB R.J. Harvey (hamstring) is questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Jaguars. He got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday after sitting out on Wednesday. The hamstring adds risk to a player who was already a fringe fantasy starter. Harvey’s absence would be a slight boost to RB J.K. Dobbins and likely mean a role for rookie RB Jonah Coleman.

Chargers WR Ladd McConkey (rib) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Raiders. He returned to a limited practice on Friday after missing the previous 2 days. We’ll look for further updates on his status for this one but won’t get the Chargers’ inactives until a little after 2:30 pm ET on Sunday.

Jets WR Omar Cooper (ankle) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Packers. That’ll leave Isaiah Williams as the primary slot receiver and likely push more targets to WRs Garrett Wilson and Adonai Mitchell.

Patriots RB TreVeyon Henderson (ankle) put in a full week of practice and is off the final injury report. He’ll make his 2026 debut against the Steelers on Sunday. Henderson was behind RB Rhamondre Stevenson in the pecking order all summer and figures to operate as the No. 2 RB this weekend. Consider him a big-play-dependent RB3 or flex play in fantasy lineups.

Buccaneers RB Sean Tucker (hamstring) put in a full week of practice and is off the final injury report. He should make his 2026 debut vs. the Browns on Sunday. Tucker vultured some goal-line carries last year and could be a drain on RB Bucky Irving’s fantasy value. But Irving remains a nice Week 2 start after a productive opener, while Tucker is not a fantasy option.

Buccaneers WR Jalen McMillan (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Browns. He put in a full week of practice, so we’re expecting him to play. But McMillan shouldn’t be in Week 2 fantasy lineups.

Steelers WR Michael Pittman (foot) is questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Patriots. He was limited in Wednesday’s practice and sidelined on Thursday and Friday. Already a fringe fantasy option, Pittman should now be parked on benches. His absence would leave more targets for WR D.K. Metcalf, who already saw 10 of them in the opener.

Texans WR Nico Collins (hamstring) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Bengals. He suffered what’s been reported as a Grade 1 hamstring strain in Wednesday’s practice that will cost him at least 1 game. We’ll see if he can make it back for Week 3. Collins’ absence figures to leave Kayshon Boutte and Xavier Hutchinson as Houston’s primary outside WR, with Jaylin Noel in the slot. We wouldn’t trust any of them in fantasy lineups. TE Dalton Schultz could get a target boost with Collins out.

Saints RB Alvin Kamara (knee) put in a full week of practice and is off the final injury report. He’ll make his 2026 debut vs. the Ravens on Sunday. Kamara isn’t a viable fantasy starter but figures to steal some passing-down work from RB Travis Etienne.

Saints WR Chris Olave (hamstring) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Ravens. He was pulled from Thursday’s practice as a precaution, according to insider Nick Underhill, and got in a limited practice on Friday. That should have him on track to play Sunday, but we’ll look for further updates on his status between now and 1 pm ET kickoff.

Ravens WR Zay Flowers (hamstring) is listed as doubtful for this weekend’s game vs. the Saints. He got in a limited practice on Friday, which should have him on track to return for Week 3. But it’s a big loss for Baltimore this week. Flowers drew a 28.0% target share last year and hogged 50.0% of targets in the first half of last week’s opener. We’re expecting Rashod Bateman, Devontez Walker, and LaJohntay Wester to operate as the Ravens’ top 3 WRs against New Orleans, but none is a reliable fantasy play. TE Mark Andrews might be the team’s best target bet and is a nice Week 2 starter.

Raiders TE Brock Bowers (knee) is listed as doubtful for this weekend's game vs. the Chargers. He did return to practice on Friday and is expected back for Week 3, HC Klint Kubiak said. Michael Mayer gets one more game as lead TE and viable fantasy starter on Sunday.

Vikings WR Jauan Jennings (personal) is out for Sunday's game vs. the Bears. We don't have any info on his status for Week 3 and beyond. Jennings saw just 1 target on a 63% route rate in the opener. It's unclear how that playing time will be divvied between WRs Tai Felton and Myles Price, but neither is a fantasy consideration.

Vikings QB Kyler Murray (concussion) is out for Sunday's game vs. the Bears. He was limited in practice this week and should have a good chance to be cleared for Week 3. QB Carson Wentz gets the start this weekend. The veteran averaged 243 yards, 1.2 TDs, and 1.0 INTs across five starts for Minnesota last year. Despite the excellent matchup against Chicago, Wentz is only in play in 2-QB and superflex leagues.

Falcons QB Cooper Rush will start this weekend's game vs. the Panthers, HC Kevin Stefanski said Friday. QB Michael Penix (knee) was a full-go in practice all week but has been ruled out. QB Tua Tagovailoa (oblique) is listed as doubtful. Rush was a disaster last week, throwing for 143 yards, 1 TD, and 2 INTs. WR Drake London and TE Kyle Pitts combined for 2 catches and 29 yards. The matchup is easier this week against Carolina, but it's tough to have much optimism for this passing game. Check your Team Dashboard to see if London or Pitts belongs in your starting lineup.

Panthers WR Jalen Coker (ankle) is not listed on the final Week 2 injury report. He was a full-go in Friday’s practice after being limited the previous 2 days. Coker played through his ankle issue for much of his big Week 1, so we’re not expecting it to be a factor in Sunday’s game vs. the Falcons.
