Eagles WR DeVonta Smith is expected to miss multiple games with his hamstring injury, according to insider Jeff McLane. Smith has been ruled out for Sunday's game vs. the Rams, and it sounds like he'll also miss at least Week 5. The Eagles' bye isn't until Week 10, so Smith won't get any help there. He notably hasn't been placed on IR, which means the team believes he could be back before Week 8. Smith should stay stashed in all fantasy leagues.

The Seahawks have placed RB Jadarian Price on IR with the chest injury that had already knocked him out for Sunday's game against the Chargers. That move means he'll also miss at least the ensuing three games, knocking Price out until at least Week 8.

Bears QB Tyson Bagent will start Sunday's game vs. the Jets, The Athletic's Dan Wiederer reports. QB Case Keenum played well in last week's win over the Eagles, but Bagent won the No. 2 job this offseason, and the Bears remain high on his potential.

Commanders WR Terry McLaurin is "likely" to miss Sunday morning's game vs. the Colts, insider Ben Standig hears. Standig adds that a final decision on McLaurin hasn't been made, but he was always a long shot after hurting his hamstring in Friday's practice. We'll see if the injury costs him multiple games. McLaurin's absence leaves WR Stefon Diggs as Washington's clear top target and a solid Week 4 fantasy start.

Colts WR Keenan Allen (groin) has been downgraded to out for Sunday morning's game vs. the Commanders in London. He opened the week with two limited practices before missing Friday's workout. We'll see if Allen misses more time beyond Week 4. With WR Alec Pierce on IR, Indianapolis is down to WRs Josh Downs, Darius Slayton, Laquon Treadwell, Ashton Dulin, and Deion Burks. We'll see if Slayton is ready to make his Colts debut after signing a couple of weeks ago, but he's not a realistic Week 4 fantasy start. Downs and TE Tyler Warren should control targets for the Colts this week.

The Rams placed TE Terrance Ferguson on IR with his ankle injury. He's out at least the next 4 games, making Week 8 the earliest we'll potentially see him again. Ferguson is droppable in shallower fantasy leagues. TE Colby Parkinson (knee, shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game vs. the Eagles after missing practice all week. His absence would leave the Rams down to Tyler Higbee, Davis Allen, and Max Klare at TE.

49ers WR Mike Evans (ribs) is listed as questionable after only getting in a limited practice on Friday. HC Kyle Shanahan called Evans a game-time decision, but ESPN’s Nick Wagoner reports that Evans plans to play with extra protection on his injured ribs. He told the media Friday that he’s played through a similar injury before. "It was brutal to play through, but it's something that I can do," Evans said. Between the injury and matchup against Broncos CB Patrick Surtain and Co., Evans is no better than a WR3 in fantasy lineups this week.

Chargers RB Keaton Mitchell (ankle) is not listed on the final Week 4 injury report. He was in a walking boot early in the week but was a full participant in practice by Friday. Mitchell is coming off season highs last week in playing time and touches and could be working himself into a fantasy-viable role. But he can’t yet be trusted in Week 4 lineups.

Chargers WR Ladd McConkey (foot) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Seahawks. He got in limited practices on Wednesday and Friday, sitting out Thursday. We’ll look for more info on his status, but McConkey clearly won’t be at 100% if he plays on Sunday.

Seahawks RB Jadarian Price (chest) is out for this weekend’s game vs. the Chargers. HC Mike Macdonald said the rookie reinjured his chest on Wednesday. It’s unclear if Price will miss more time, but Seattle is also close to getting RB Zach Charbonnet back. Price’s absence this weekend leaves RB Emanuel Wilson as the Seahawks’ likely lead back, with RB George Holani the No. 2. Wilson is a viable Week 4 spot starter.

The Ravens have ruled Edge Trey Hendrickson out for Sunday's game against the Titans after he had surgery on a broken finger. Hendrickson played through the issue the past two weeks after reportedly breaking it in the opener but clearly decided it was worth getting fixed.

Ravens WR Zay Flowers (hamstring) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Titans. He went from a limited practice on Wednesday to full on Thursday to limited on Friday. It’s unclear if that was a pre-determined plan or if Flowers had a setback. We’ll look for more info on his status and get Baltimore’s inactives around 11:30 am ET on Sunday.

Ravens QB Lamar Jackson (back) is not listed on the final Week 4 injury report. He was limited on Wednesday but put in full practices on Thursday and Friday. Jackson remains an elite fantasy play vs. the Titans this weekend.

Titans RB Tony Pollard (foot) is off the final Week 4 injury report after putting in full practices on Thursday and Friday. RB Tyjae Spears (ankle) is listed as questionable but should play after full participation on Friday. Pollard remains the better fantasy bet here but is only a RB3 or flex play.

Texans WR Nico Collins (hamstring) is not listed on the final injury report. He practiced all week, including a full workout on Friday. That all suggests that he’s ready to step back into his usual role for Sunday’s plus matchup against the Cowboys. Get Collins back in fantasy lineups.

Dolphins RB Jaylen Wright (stinger, foot) is off the final injury report after putting in full practices on Thursday and Friday. He’s not a recommended Week 4 fantasy start against the Vikings, but his availability is another reason to try to leave RB Ollie Gordon on your bench this week.

Dolphins WR Caleb Douglas (ankle) is out for this weekend’s game vs. the Vikings. Malik Washington and Chris Bell will again operate as Miami’s top 2 WRs in this one. Neither is an exciting fantasy play against Minnesota’s 12th-ranked WR defense.

Eagles TE Dallas Goedert (knee) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Rams. Zach Ertz led Philly TEs in routes last week at just 42%. It’s a situation to avoid in Week 4 fantasy lineups.

Jets TE Kenyon Sadiq (back) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Bears. He got in 3 limited practices, so we’re expecting him to play. But you’ll need to check back Sunday morning to make sure he’s active. Jets TE Mason Taylor (thumb) has been ruled out.
