Bears QB Tyson Bagent is dealing with a concussion and in the NFL’s concussion protocol. Caleb Williams will likely miss this week after his hamstring injury in Week 2, and now Bagent himself is in danger of missing Monday Night Football against the Eagles. That would put 38-year-old Case Keenum in line to start if Bagent does not clear the protocol.

Giants QB Jaxson Dart's knee injury is worse than initially thought, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. "He’s out an extended period of time, possibly the season," Rapoport adds.

Rams HC Sean McVay was non-committal on WR Puka Nacua's status for Week 3 on Tuesday, saying only that he's "hopeful" Nacua will be available. "When you have soft tissue injuries with guys like that that are skill players, you're going to err on the side of caution," McVay added. We'll keep a close eye on Nacua's status throughout this week, but fantasy managers might again be in a tough spot with the Rams playing the Broncos on Sunday night. WR Davante Adams (8-195-2 on 10 targets) and TE Terrance Ferguson (6-54-1 on 9 targets) were the big winners of Nacua's absence in Monday night's win over the Giants.

Giants WR Malik Nabers returned to Monday night's game vs. the Rams after injuring his right shoulder at the end of the first quarter. But he went catchless on 2 targets the rest of the way and said afterward that his shoulder popped out and back in, per The Athletic's Dan Duggan. Nabers is scheduled for additional testing on the shoulder. This is notably the same shoulder that Nabers injured at LSU in 2023. ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that it was a partially torn labrum that he elected to let heal with rest, rather than surgery. We'll keep you updated on Nabers' status for Week 3 and beyond.

Chargers S Derwin James says he fractured his left pinky in Sunday's loss to the Raiders and will play with a cast on that hand until it's healed. ESPN's Kris Rhim initially reported that James would play with the cast for the rest of the year but recanted that. The typical recovery window for this injury appears to be 3-6 weeks.

Giants QB Jaxson Dart is believed to have sprained his left MCL in Monday night's loss to the Rams, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Dart is scheduled for additional testing on Tuesday to get a better look at the damage. He reportedly wanted to re-enter the Rams game, though, and remained on the sidelines for the second half. It looks like Dart dodged a long-term injury here, although he could still end up missing multiple weeks. We should get a timeline for his return within the next 24 hours. QB Jameis Winston struggled in relief of Dart on Monday night, completing just 11 of 27 passes for 111 yards, 0 TDs, and 1 INT. But he's proven capable of sustaining, and even lifting, passing games in the past.

Commanders S Nick Cross stayed in a Dallas hospital overnight Sunday to be evaluated for an internal injury after his team's loss to the Cowboys, HC Dan Quinn revealed Monday. Cross was discharged Monday morning and traveled home, which would seem to indicate that all checked out OK. No further details on Cross' status seem to be available yet, so we'll keep an eye this week on his availability for Sunday's home date with the Seahawks. Quan Martin looks like the next guy up at safety if Cross needs to miss any time.

Despite not having top WR Puka Nacua available because of a back injury, Matthew Stafford still produced 27.0 fantasy points in a Monday Night Football win to finish as the QB6 for Week 2. The veteran QB completed 22 of 31 attempts for 327 yards and 4 TDs, along with 1 INT, to get back on track after a rough Week 1 loss.

In a lopsided win for the Rams without their star WR active, it was a career day for their second-year TE Terrance Ferguson. Last year’s second round pick produced 6 receptions on nine targets for 54 yards and a touchdown, in what was a career-high 17.4 PPR point performance.

In a Monday night game where the Rams top WR Puka Nacua was out with a hip injury, Davante Adams stepped up in a big way. The veteran WR hauled in eight of his team-high 10 targets for 195 yards and 2 touchdowns leading to 39.5 PPR points and a Week 2 WR2 finish.

In a Monday Night Football matchup filled with injuries and offensive inefficiency for the Giants, Malik Nabers walks away with the lowest scoring output of his career. The third-year WR produced only 1 reception on four targets for just one yard, leading to 1.1 PPR and a WR116 finish to Week 2.

Giants Edge Brian Burns got his left ankle rolled up on in the fourth quarter of Monday night's loss to the Rams. He needed help leaving the field while keeping weight off that ankle. HC John Harbaugh called it a low-ankle sprain after the game.

We don't have a diagnosis on Giants QB Jaxson Dart's knee injury, but we've gotten some optimistic signs. GM Joe Schoen told ESPN's Laura Rutledge that Dart is "going to be OK," and ESPN's Jordan Raanan reports that Dart wanted to return to tonight's game. That was never happening, of course. But the Giants did allow Dart to spend the second half on the sidelines. It at least seems like he avoided a season-ending injury, but we should get a better idea of his status over the next 24 hours.

It was easy to dismiss a slow Week 1 for Cowboys RB Javonte Williams. He managed just 3.4 yards per carry and 6.2 yards per catch, but the whole Dallas offense struggled in losing to the Giants. And Williams delivered TDs rushing and receiving to keep his fantasy managers happy. But he followed that with just a 12-30 rushing line and 3 catches for 20 yards in a lopsided win over the Commanders. Williams is now averaging just 3.0 yards per carry and 6.4 per catch for the season. That's 1.2 below his career rushing average but 0.7 higher on the yards per reception.

Rachaad White logged 7 carries for the second straight game Sunday but boosted his receiving production in the loss to the Cowboys. He caught all 6 of his targets for 40 yards, leading the team in receptions and ranking third in yardage. His 6 targets tied WR Stefon Diggs and WR Dyami Brown for second behind WR Terry McLaurin's 9. White also led the RB playing time after trailing Jacory Croskey-Merritt in the opener.

Giants WR Malik Nabers suffered an apparent right shoulder injury at the end of the first quarter of Monday night's game vs. the Rams. It looked like an innocent contested-catch opportunity for Nabers, but he immediately grabbed at the shoulder before collapsing on the sidelines. We'll update his status when we know more.

Update: Nabers returned for the Giants' next possession after getting some work on that shoulder on the sidelines.

The Colts are signing WR Darius Slayton, according to Tom Pelissero of The Ringer. The move comes on the same day that we found out Alec Pierce will miss multiple weeks after aggravating a heel injury that required surgery over the summer.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that Colts WR Alec Pierce will miss at least several weeks and "likely" land on IR for the heel he re-injured Sunday night against the Chiefs.

Giants QB Jaxson Dart appeared to injure his left leg on the first possession of tonight's game against the Rams. Dart got sandwiched between a pair of defenders and took a shot to the outside of the knee. He limped off the field under his own power but went to the blue tent and then the locker room. Jameis Winston entered for the ensuing drive. ESPN's Laura Rutledge reported that Dart went to the locker room rather than the X-ray room.

Rams WR Puka Nacua (hip) is inactive for tonight's game vs. the Giants. He went through what sounded like a half-speed warmup but didn't get the green light. We'll see if he can make it back for Sunday night's game vs. the Broncos. Nacua's absence leaves a giant hole in the Rams' passing game. WR Davante Adams is the best target bet, and we'll likely see plenty of 2- and 3-TE sets. TE Terrance Ferguson is a candidate for a big role in the passing game tonight.
