Tyler Warren Reclaims Target Lead Amid Quiet Return

Colts TE Tyler Warren returned from two games off for a groin injury Sunday against the Jaguars. He managed just 18 yards on 4 catches but logged a team-high 10 targets. That makes three games of 9+ targets among Warren's past four appearances. His 29 routes ranked second among Colts, trailing only WR Josh Downs (34). Downs posted a 4-23-1 receiving line on 5 targets. WR Keenan Allen caught all of his 7 targets for 67 yards.

Gardner Minshew took over for struggling QB Jacoby Brissett late in the third quarter, helping lead the Cardinals to a shocking fourth-quarter comeback over the Cowboys. Brian Thomas Jr. Regains Role; Will it Matter?

The goofy run-pass split of Sunday's easy Jacksonville win over the Colts gave us little usable data on the Jaguars' passing game coming off the Week 7 bye. QB Trevor Lawrence attempted only 14 passes amid 18 dropbacks before giving way to Quinn Ewers late. The team ran 31 times en route to a 42-7 victory. WR Brian Thomas Jr. come off a Week 6 benching to managed just 1 catch among 2 targets. He ran a route on a mere 12 of the team's 23 dropbacks, but that trailed closely behind leaders Parker Washington (16) and Jakobi Meyers (15).

Here's What You Need to Know About Mike Gesicki's Hot Streak

Bengals TE Mike Gesicki tallied 4 catches for 76 yards and a TD in Sunday's win over the Titans. That marked the fifth straight game in which he found the end zone, breaking his own team record for consecutive scoring games by a TE. But does that mean we should be using Gesicki more comfortably in fantasy lineups?

Joe Burrow Fills Categories Good and Bad vs. Titans

Name a stat and Bengals QB Joe Burrow provided it in Sunday's OT win over the Titans. Burrow threw for 462 yards and 5 TDs with 3 INTs and 3 sacks taken. He completed 36 of 48 passes for a 75% completion rate that'll only help a league-leading and career high completion rate.

Bengals Give Chase Brown Oddly Little Rushing Volume vs. Tennessee

Bengals RB Chase Brown carried just 12 times for 55 yards in Sunday's win over the Titans. He added 8 catches for 46 yards on 9 targets to save the fantasy day for PPR leagues. The rushing volume stayed strikingly low given that Brown averaged 4.6 yards per carry. And a long run of just 14 yards shows he didn't simply inflate that average with a big play. Tennessee did jump out to a 31-0 lead, but the Bengals clawed back to a 14-13 halftime advantage and still ran Brown just six times in the second half. Samaje Perine didn't take much, at least, carrying four times for 10 yards and catching his lone target for 9 yards.

Chimere Dike Takes Carnell Tate's Spot vs. Bengals

The Titans went without rookie and lead WR Carnell Tate for Sunday's OT loss to the Bengals. Chimere Dike filled in, running a route on 87% of Cam Ward's dropbacks, drawing 6 targets, and posting a 5-71-1 receiving line. He ranked second on the team in receiving yards, tied for second in receptions, and third in targets. TE Gunnar Helm led the team with 9 targets, catching five for 76 yards. WR Wan'Dale Robinson caught a team-high six balls for 57 yards and a TD among 7 targets.

        Tyler Huntley Has Turf Toe

Ravens QB Tyler Huntley suffered a turf toe injury in today's loss to the Bills, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Huntley is scheduled for an MRI on Monday to determine how long he'll be out. He won't be helped by Baltimore hosting the Jaguars on Thursday night. Consider Huntley unlikely to play in that one, leaving QB Joe Fagnano under center, barring another move at the position.

        Kyler Murray Had Tight Hamstring

Vikings QB Kyler Murray dealt with hamstring tightness late in the Week 8 loss to the Lions, HC Kevin O'Connell said afterward. Murray never left the game. "We'll look at it, obviously, and do what we need to do," Murray said. We'll keep an eye on him this coming week, but it sounds like he should be ready for next Monday night's game vs. the Bills.

Hunter Henry Leaves With Foot Injury

Patriots TE Hunter Henry suffered a foot injury in the second quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Dolphins. He headed back to the locker room with trainers and is officially questionable to return. His absence leaves rookie Eli Raridon as New England's top TE. We'll update Henry's status when we know more.

Update: Henry was ruled out midway through the fourth quarter.

Lamar Jackson Needs Thumb Surgery, Heading To IR

Ravens QB Lamar Jackson will need surgery on his right thumb and head to injured reserve, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. That will knock Jackson out for at least the next four games. We'll see if he'll miss more time beyond that. Baltimore also lost QB Tyler Huntley to a toe injury in Buffalo, leaving his status uncertain going forward. Undrafted rookie QB Joe Fagnano could be under center for the foreseeable future. He threw for 91 yards, 0 TDs, and 1 INT on 10-of-21 passing against the Bills today.

Update: HC Jesse Minter said “we’ll see” when asked if Jackson's injury is season-ending, so it seems like he could miss more than just four games.
