Bengals WR Tee Higgins (concussion) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Dolphins. He practiced all week, including a full workout on Friday, so he’s seemingly trending toward being cleared for this one. We’ll keep you updated on Higgins’ progress and get Cincinnati’s inactives around 11:30 am ET on Sunday. He’ll be a virtual must-start if he plays.

Ravens WR Rashod Bateman (ankle) is off the final injury report and will play vs. the Patriots on Sunday night. Bateman should step back in as Baltimore’s No. 2 WR after missing Week 15 but isn’t a viable fantasy play outside of one-game daily contests. He’s topped 24 receiving yards in just two of 11 games this season.

Chargers WR Quentin Johnston (groin) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Cowboys. He got in three limited practices, so we’re expecting him to play. But Johnston, who hasn’t topped 53 yards in a game since Week 4, is not a recommended fantasy start.

Chiefs WR Rashee Rice (concussion) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Titans. He didn’t practice all week after reporting symptoms sometime after last weekend’s loss to the Chargers. Rice should have a good chance to make it back for Week 17, but we’ll track his progress next week. WR Tyquan Thornton (concussion) has also been ruled out for the Titans game, leaving Xavier Worthy, Marquise Brown, and JuJu Smith-Schuster as the likely top three WRs in this Gardner Minshew-led offense.

Falcons TE Kyle Pitts (knee) is not listed on the final Week 16 injury report. He was added on Thursday but was able to get in a limited practice on Friday. We’ll look for any further updates on his status, but Pitts should be ready for his usual role vs. the Cardinals this weekend. He remains a strong fantasy play, despite WR Drake London’s expected return.

Buccaneers TE Cade Otton (knee) practiced all week and will play vs. the Panthers on Sunday. He’s off the fantasy radar, though, with Tampa Bay’s WR corps back to full strength.

Bills K Matt Prater (quad) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Browns. He’ll be replaced by K Michael Badgley. He’s an iffy fantasy play with wintry weather expected in Cleveland.

Bills TE Dalton Kincaid (knee) is not listed on the final Week 16 injury report. He sat out on Wednesday and Thursday but returned to a full workout on Friday. It suggests that Kincaid will be ready for his usual role vs. the Browns this weekend. He’s a risk/reward TE1 in what figures to be a low-volume day for Buffalo’s passing game.

Saints RB Alvin Kamara (knee, ankle) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Jets. With RB Devin Neal on IR with his hamstring injury, New Orleans is down to RBs Audric Estime and Evan Hull. The team also signed RB Nyheim Hines to the practice squad on Wednesday. Despite the plus matchup, the uncertainty in workload split makes this is a backfield to avoid in Week 16 fantasy lineups.

Falcons WR Drake London (knee) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Cardinals. He was limited on Wednesday and Thursday but did not practice on Friday. HC Raheem Morris said that he expects London to play, though. We’ll look for further updates on London, who would come with elevated risk in his first action since suffering a PCL injury back in Week 11. But he’d be very tough to keep out of fantasy lineups if he plays. London sits third among WRs in PPR points per game and topped 100 yards in five of his last six outings. His return dings TE Kyle Pitts’ target outlook, but he remains a solid Week 16 fantasy start.

Browns RB Dylan Sampson (hand) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Bills. His absence last week helped RB Quinshon Judkins set a season high in route rate (55%) and draw four targets. He’s a slightly safer Weekk 16 fantasy play with Sampson out again.

Browns TE David Njoku (knee) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Bills. TE Harold Fannin should continue to run a route on almost every pass play and is a safe Week 16 fantasy start, despite the negative matchup against Buffalo’s top-ranked TE defense.

Panthers WR Tetairoa McMillan (foot, ankle) is not listed on the final Week 16 injury report. He sat out Wednesday’s practice but was a full-go on Thursday and Friday. The rookie should be ready for his usual role in Sunday’s showdown against the Buccaneers.

Jets WR Garrett Wilson (knee) won't play again this season, HC Aaron Glenn said Friday. That's been the expectation for a while now. There's no reason for the 3-11 Jets to bring Wilson back at anything less than 100%. Wilson once again dealt with shoddy QB play this year -- and his numbers were right in line with his career averages. He posted a 61% catch rate, 11.0 yards per catch, and 6.7 yards per target, averaging 5.1 catches and 56.4 yards per game. We still believe in Wilson as a high-end talent, but he won't be unlocked until the Jets solve their QB problem.

The Jaguars and WR Jakobi Meyers agreed to a three-year, $60 million extension with $40 million guaranteed, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. It lands Meyers 24th among WRs in average annual salary and keeps him in Jacksonville through the 2028 campaign.

The forecast for tonight's Rams-Seahawks game calls for a 40-50% chance of rain with winds around 20 mph and gusts up over 30. The rain shouldn't be impactful, but the wind will be. Per Rotogrinders' Kevin Roth, we could see gusts of 30-40 mph in the first half, tapering off to around 30 mph in the second. We'd shy away from using either kicker in this game. We're not adjusting projections for the offenses but could certainly see both teams lean a bit more toward the run. This was already a tough spot for QB Matt Stafford, on the road against a tough defense and without WR Davante Adams.

Rams WR Davante Adams (hamstring) is inactive for tonight's game vs. the Seahawks. The fact that he was listed as doubtful, rather than out, might be a good sign for his Week 17 availability. But he's certainly not a lock to be back for that one. We're expecting the Rams' TEs to play a big part in replacing Adams tonight, particularly Colby Parkinson, who's a viable Week 16 fantasy spot starter.

49ers WR Ricky Pearsall (ankle, knee) did not practice on Thursday. He played through the ankle issue last weekend, but the knee -- an aggravation of his previous PCL injury -- knocked him out of the Titans game. We're not expecting Pearsall to play vs. the Colts on Monday night but will keep you updated on his status.

Texans RB Woody Marks (ankle) missed practice again on Thursday. HC Demeco Ryans downplayed Marks' injury earlier this week, but he didn't return to the Cardinals game and has now missed the first two practices of the week. He's not a lock to play this Sunday, especially with the Texans 14.5-point favorites over the Raiders. RB Nick Chubb (ribs) was a full-go on Thursday and looks set to play against Las Vegas. We could be looking at a Chubb, Jawhar Jordan, and Dare Ogunbowale backfield in that one. We'll update Marks' status again tomorrow.

Falcons TE Kyle Pitts was added to the injury report with a knee and limited in practice on Thursday. We don't have any other details, but Pitts' status will be worth checking on again tomorrow. WR Drake London (knee) got in his second straight limited practice on Thursday.
