Casillas has rib injury

Giants OLB Jonathan Casillas suffered a cracked rib in Saturday night's preseason game against the Jets, according to ESPN's Jordan Ranaan. There's no word yet on whether the weak-side starter will miss any time, though HC Ben McAdoo said he'd know more Sunday.

He has flashed good coverage play and sideline-to-sideline range. In a questionable Giants LB corps, behind a talented D-line, Casillas boasts some IDP sleeper potential. He started a career-high 7 games for the Giants last year after splitting his 1st 5 years among the Saints, Bucs and Patriots.
