The Ravens have placed RB Danny Woodhead (hamstring) on IR. HC John Harbaugh said Wednesday that Woodhead's hammy would cost him at least 4 weeks, but this move knocks him out for at least 8. (We're expecting him to be designated-to-return.") Woodhead isn't worth stashing outside of leagues with deep benches or an IR spot. Terrance West and Buck Allen will handle backfield duties while Woodhead is out.
