Colts TE Eric Ebron (shin, quadriceps, knee, ankle) is questionable for this weekend’s game against the Jets. He was a full participant in Friday’s practice after sitting out the previous 2 days. Ebron is obviously banged up but is on track to play on Sunday.
Colts TE Eric Ebron needs surgery on both of his ankles and will be placed on IR, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Ebron is averaging 4.7 targets and 2.8 catches per game. A big chunk of that work now figures to go to TE Jack Doyle, who has a shot at top-12 production the rest of the way. TE Mo Alie-Cox should also see a bump in playing time. He's worth monitoring and perhaps adding now in deep fantasy leagues.
