Panthers TE Greg Olsen (concussion) put in a full week of practice and is set to return for Sunday’s game against the Colts. It’s possible that he cedes some work to TE Ian Thomas — and QB Will Grier adds more risk to Olsen’s outlook. Consider him more of a TE2 for Week 16.

ESPN's Brady Henderson reports that Seahawks HC Pete Carroll says TE Greg Olsen is "challenging" to practice this week. Carroll says that Olsen "has a chance to get back very soon, maybe this week or next week." Olsen has been out since tearing the plantar fascia in his left foot in Week 11. It's getting a bit late for Olsen to be a fantasy factor this season. His return (or non-return) will impact the outlooks of Will Dissly and Jacob Hollister, though. None of the 3, of course, has been much of a fantasy factor all year.

That means he's done for at least the regular season and can be dropped from all fantasy rosters. Olsen's absence leaves Seattle with TEs Jacob Hollister and Will Dissly. Hollister out-targeted Dissly 3 to 1 on Thursday night and 16 to 9 over the last 5 games. Neither guy figures to emerge as a reliable fantasy play.

It was a non-contact injury that left Olsen not able to put any weight on it, a worrisome situation. We'll watch for updates on his status. TE Greg Olsen has inked a 1-year, $7 million deal with the Seahawks. He reportedly chose Seattle over Buffalo and Washington. Olsen turns 35 in March and has missed 18 games over the last 3 seasons. But the money here suggests the Seahawks are planning to make Olsen their lead TE in 2020. If he can stay healthy, it wouldn't be a shock to see him return to TE1 territory alongside QB Russell Wilson.
