Joseph likely to miss Week 13

The St. Paul Pioneer Press reports that Vikings DT Linval Joseph is expected to miss Sunday's game because of a foot injury. DT Sharrif Floyd will slide over to Joseph's NT spot, with Tom Johnson entering the lineup in Floyd's place. Missing Joseph -- who has particularly stood out in recent weeks -- certainly hurts the Vikings D. It can only help the fantasy outlook for Seahawks RB Thomas Rawls against an already shaky Minnesota run D.

The Vikings have ruled DT Linval Joseph out for Sunday night's game against the Cowboys with a knee injury. A Week 12 bye could factor into whether Minnesota brings Joseph back for next week's home date with Denver.

Pro Football Focus grades Joseph among the top one-third of interior defenders in run D. That doesn't propel Isaiah Crowell or Bilal Powell into attractive fantasy territory, but it makes each more palatable if you need 1 of them.
