Onwuasor out vs. Seahawks

Ravens ILB Patrick Onwuasor returned to a limited practice Wednesday, the 1st time he has practiced since suffering an ankle sprain in the Week 5 win at Pittsburgh. We'll watch Onwuasor's progress through this week, but he seems likely to return for IDP usage in a matchup with tackle upside.

Ravens LB Patrick Onwuasor is questionable for Sunday's game against the Seahawks with the ankle sprain that cost him last week's game. Onwuasor missed practice all week again. HC John Harbaugh said Friday that he doesn't have a "don't practice, don't play" rule, according to the team website. We'll see about his status Sunday afternoon.

Ravens ILB Patrick Onwuasor (ankle) is inactive for today's game against the Bengals. That figures to get both Chris Board and Kenny Young back into the defensive rotation. Board played just 1 defensive snap last week, and Young was a healthy scratch. So neither makes for a safe IDP bet. Josh Bynes -- who signed with the team last week and then played more than 70% of the snaps in his 1st game -- might become a full-time player this week. Bynes carries attractive upside for IDP lineups.
