The Bills elevated WRs Gabe Davis and Mecole Hardman from the practice squad. Davis re-signed with Buffalo at the beginning of September after spending his first four NFL seasons with the team. Hardman joined the Bills' practice squad earlier this week. We wouldn't go rushing to add either guy to fantasy rosters -- and neither should be anywhere near starting lineups. But we're curious to see where these guys fit in the pecking order. Davis, in particular, adds some risk to WR Keon Coleman's fantasy outlook. Khalil Shakir is the only Bills WR that should be in Week 11 fantasy lineups.

The Lions placed TE Sam LaPorta on IR with his back injury. He's out through at least through Week 14, and it's unclear if he'll be ready to return when first eligible in Week 15. We still don't have any details on this back injury. LaPorta is worth trying to hang on to in fantasy leagues, but he's not a must-hold if you need the roster space. TE Brock Wright is next up on Detroit's depth chart but owns just 65 catches in 67 career games. TE Ross Dwelley -- 45 catches in 108 games -- is also on the active roster. TEs Anthony Firkser and Zach Horton are on the practice squad. We wouldn't bother with any of these guys in fantasy right now. Expect most of LaPorta's targets to be spread to WRs Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams and RBs Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery.

Broncos RB J.K. Dobbins needs surgery for his foot injury and will likely miss the rest of the season, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. Dobbins suffered the foot injury on a hip-drop tackle during Denver's Week 10 win over the Raiders. NFL Network reports that it's a "ligament issue" and calls the surgery season-ending.

The Packers have added K Brandon McManus to the injury report and deemed him doubtful for Sunday's game against the Giants. McManus reportedly aggravated a right quad strain at Friday's practice. Expect Lucas Havrisik to kick in his place.

Seahawks WR Tory Horton (groin, shin) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Rams. Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Cooper Kupp, and Rashid Shaheed will be the clear top three WRs for Seattle in this one.

Cardinals RB Bam Knight (ankle) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the 49ers. We’re tentatively expecting Knight to play but will look for updates on his status. Knight remained ahead of Emari Demercado as Arizona’s lead back before going down last week.

49ers WR Ricky Pearsall (knee) practiced all week and is off the final injury report for Sunday’s game vs. the Cardinals. It’ll be his first action since Week 4. We’ll look for any reports of a snap count for Pearsall in this one, but he’s at least a bit riskier than usual in fantasy lineups coming off the extended absence. Pearsall will still make sense in plenty of fantasy lineups, though. He posted 4-108-0, 4-56-0, and 8-117-0 receiving lines over the first three weeks of the season.

Broncos WR Marvin Mims (concussion) was a full-go in practice all week and is off the final injury report. He’ll be back for Sunday’s game vs. the Chiefs and figures to split No. 3 WR duties with Pat Bryant. Neither is a viable fantasy play.

Broncos RB J.K. Dobbins (foot) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Chiefs. He’s dealing with a “significant” foot injury and is expected to be sidelined “for the foreseeable future,” NFL Network reports. We’ll see if Dobbins lands on IR on Saturday. His absence should mean an expanded early-down role for RB R.J. Harvey. Denver only has RBs Tyler Badie and Jaleel McLaughlin behind him. Harvey checks in 22nd in the Week 11 RB rankings in a tough matchup against Kansas City.

Titans WR Calvin Ridley (hamstring) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Texans. We’re expecting him to play, but Ridley is not a recommended fantasy start coming off a lengthy absence for a matchup with Houston’s second-ranked WR defense.

Ravens RB Justice Hill (toe) is out for Sunday's game vs. the Browns. Hill leads Ravens RBs with a 41% route rate and 11.4% target share this season. His absence could mean more passing-game work for RB Derrick Henry, although RB Keaton Mitchell could also pick up some of Hill's work. Consider this a slight upgrade to Henry's Week 11 fantasy outlook.

Ravens QB Lamar Jackson (knee) is not listed on the final Week 11 injury report. He was held out of Wednesday’s practice with what HC John Harbaugh called knee soreness, but Jackson put in full practices on Thursday and Friday. We’re not expecting the knee to be a factor in Sunday’s game vs. the Browns.

Ravens WR Rashod Bateman (ankle) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Browns. He’ll likely miss multiple games with his high-ankle sprain. We’ll see if Bateman’s absence means more snaps for WR DeAndre Hopkins, but he’d be a total flier in Week 11 fantasy lineups.

Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy (ankle) is off the final injury report. He was added on Thursday and limited in practice but returned to a full workout on Friday. That ankle shouldn’t be an issue in this weekend’s tough draw against Denver’s top-ranked WR defense.

Packers WR Matthew Golden (shoulder) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Giants. We’ll see if the rookie can make it back for this one, but he shouldn’t be in your Week 11 fantasy plans. WRs Romeo Doubs (chest) and Christian Watson (knee, hamstring) are both off the injury report and should be ready for their usual roles this weekend.

The Texans have ruled DB Jalen Pitre out for Sunday's game against the Titans because of his concussion. The absence of Houston's slot-coverage guy improves the matchup for Chimere Dike, Tennessee's primary slot WR. He's still a low-level fantasy play, though.

Vikings QB J.J. McCarthy (right hand) is not listed on the final injury report. He was limited in Wednesday’s practice with what sounds like a laceration to the top of his throwing hand but got in full workouts on Thursday and Friday. We’re not expecting McCarthy to be impacted vs. the Bears this weekend.

The Giants have ruled Edge Kayvon Thibodeaux (shoulder) out for Sunday's game against the Packers. S Tyler Nubin (neck) is doubtful, and thus likely to miss the game as well. The team lists CB Paulson Adebo (knee) and LB Bobby Okereke (shoulder) as questionable, but it appears they're expected to play.

Lions TE Sam LaPorta (back) is out for Sunday night’s game vs. the Eagles. We don’t have any details on his injury, but LaPorta didn’t practice all week and could miss further time. TE Brock Wright is the next man up for Detroit but will not have anywhere near as big a role in the passing game as LaPorta. Expect more targets to be pushed to WRs Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams and RB Jahmyr Gibbs.

Update: Wright (ankle) is listed as questionable after getting in limited practices on Thursday and Friday. Avoid Lions TEs in Week 11 fantasy lineups.

The Steelers have ruled Edge Alex Highsmith out for Sunday's game against the Bengals with a pectoral injury that kept him out of practice all week. That damages the Pittsburgh pass rush, but Nick Herbig has filled in effectively in the past and will start opposite T.J. Watt. He's worth a look where available on waivers in IDP leagues.
