Titans HC Mike Mularkey told The Tennessean that he wants to get RB Derrick Henry "more involved" on offense, though he says it'll depend on game flow. Henry carried a season-high 16 times in last Thursday's dominating win over Jacksonville, when DeMarco Murray spent the 2nd half dealing with a toe injury. Murray was limited Wednesday, but the fact that he's participating -- and played at all in the 2nd half of last week's blowout -- suggests Murray will be healthy enough for a normal workload Sunday. San Diego, however, might present a good matchup for a run-heavy approach. The Chargers lost ILBs Jatavis Brown and Denzel Perryman to injury at Denver last week. They're down to rookie Joshua Perry and Korey Toomer, who began the year on Oakland's practice squad, at the position. Henry presents some deep upside for fantasy owners dealing with the second 6-team bye. He's also a good stash in general and would likely become a weekly starter if Murray went down.

Titans RB Derrick Henry (hamstring) put in a full week of practice and isn't listed on the final injury report. It seems like he's as healthy as he's been in a while. Henry should be in for a big workload on Sunday against a Texans defense that's allowed 4.3 yards per carry to RBs over the last 5 weeks.

Titans RB Derrick Henry (hamstring) is expected back for Sunday's win-and-in game against the Texans, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Tennessee held Henry out of a Week 16 game that ended up meaning nothing for the team's playoff chances. Now "he'll be as healthy as he's been in a long time," Rapoport says. Henry should be in for big volume this weekend.

Titans RB Derrick Henry (hamstring) is officially inactive for today’s game against the Saints. That leaves Dion Lewis as Tennessee’s lead back, ahead of Dalyn Dawkins and Khari Blasingame. Lewis sits in RB3 range in our Week 16 Rankings.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Titans RB Derrick Henry (hamstring) is not expected to play against the Saints today. He's been dealing with a bum hamstring for the past few weeks and was downgraded to questionable on Saturday. His absence leaves Tennessee with RBs Dion Lewis, undrafted rookie Khari Blasingame and practice-squad call-up Dalyn Dawkins. 29-year-old Lewis has struggled to just 3.5 yards per carry and 6.0 yards per catch in limited action this year. We're not expecting great efficiency today against a solid Saints defense, but Lewis should be in line for 15+ touches. That at least makes him a RB3 or flex option.

The Titans have downgraded RB Derrick Henry (hamstring) to questionable for Sunday's game against the Saints. He was limited in Wednesday's practice, held out on Thursday and a full-go on Friday. It's unclear if he tweaked the hamstring on Friday or just woke up a bit sore today. We'll look for further updates on Henry, but stashing RB Dion Lewis wouldn't be a bad idea.
