The Jets have placed WR Quincy Enunwa (neck) on IR, ending his 2017 season. We still don't know much about the neck injury that he dealt with this spring and evidently aggravated on Sunday. Enunwa leaves behind inarguably the worst WR corps in the league. Robby Anderson is the best guess to lead the group in targets -- only because the rest of the group reads: Marquess Wilson, ArDarius Stewart, Chad Hansen, Charone Peake. We'll see who emerges from the ragtag bunch, but Jets WRs won't be a source of much fantasy goodness this season. Enunwa's injury does boost the target projections for RBs Bilal Powell and Matt Forte -- as well as sleeper TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins.

Update: HC Todd Bowles said Monday afternoon that Enunwa has a bulging disk in his neck and is expected to be out 6-9 months. It's a big blow to a guy who's set to hit free agency next offseason.

Jets WR Quiny Enunwa will miss the rest of the season with a neck injury, according to the New York Post's Brian Costello. Enunwa also missed the entire 2017 campaign after suffering a neck injury in training camp. We'll see if he's able to return from this one in 2020. This news makes the Jets' acquisition of WR Demaryius Thomas makes more sense. Thomas now looks like the favorite to step in as New York's #3 WR. He's worth stashing in deeper fantasy leagues.

Jets WRs Quincy Enunwa (ankle) and Jermaine Kearse (heel) are out for Sunday’s game against the Patriots. That leaves Andre Roberts, Deontay Burnett and Charone Peake behind Robby Anderson on the depth chart. Anderson will dominate WR targets, and TE Chris Herndon could also see a volume spike.

Jets WR Quincy Enunwa (ankle) is out for Sunday's game against the Packers. The helps the target projection for WR Robby Anderson, who's totaled 25 looks over his last 3 games.

Jets WR Quincy Enunwa (ankle) is out for Saturday's game against the Texans. That leaves Robby Anderson and Jermaine Kearse as New York's top 2 WRs. Anderson has some upside as a WR4 or DFS tournament play.

Jets WR Quincy Enunwa injured his ankle in the 2nd quarter of Sunday's game in Buffalo. He's officially questionable to return. Stay tuned for updates.

Update: Enunwa later returned.
