Davante Adams Out 6-10 Weeks With Hamstring Injury
Rams WR Davante Adams is expected to miss 6-10 weeks with a ruptured hamstring, HC Sean McVay said Monday. Adams went down on a non-contact play late in the Week 6 loss to the Cardinals.

The Vikings have designated RB Jordan Mason to return to practice. That clears him to practice Wednesday for the first time since landing on IR with a thumb fracture after Week 1. The team will still need to activate Mason from IR before he can play.
Texans WR Tank Dell will play vs. the Giants this weekend, HC Demeco Ryans said Monday. It'll be Dell's first game since his December 2024 multi-ligament knee injury. He's returning to a WR corps led by Nico Collins that just added Marvin Harrison and that's getting strong play from Jaylin Noel. Dell has a lot of work to do to carve out a significant role and isn't worth adding to fantasy rosters at this point.
The Rams placed K Blake Grupe (knee) on IR. He was just signed last week to replace K Harrison Mevis but went down with a knee injury early in Sunday's loss to the Cardinals. The Rams are now back in the kicker market. We'll see who they sign this week.
Packers RB Josh Jacobs will return to practice Wednesday, but the team apparently hasn't decided yet whether he'll play Sunday at Detroit, according to ESPN's Rob Demovsky.
The Commanders are placing RB Jacory Croskey-Merritt on IR with his groin injury, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. JCM was already ruled out for tonight's game vs. the 49ers but will now miss at least 3 more. We won't see him until Week 11 at the earliest, making Croskey-Merritt droppable in shallower fantasy leagues. Washington activated RB Jeremy McNichols from IR in a corresponding move. He joins Rachaad White and Austin Ekeler in the backfield. We're expecting White to control the work, but we'll see what the backfield looks like tonight.
The Patriots placed WR Romeo Doubs on IR with the shoulder injury he suffered in the Week 6 win over the Jets. We don't have any further details on Doubs' injury, but he's out at least the next 4 games. Doubs can be dropped in most redraft fantasy leagues. His absence leaves A.J. Brown and Demario Douglas as New England's top 2 WRs, with Efton Chism and Kyle Williams behind them. WR Mack Hollins (calf) is eligible to come off IR in Week 9.
Patriots WR A.J. Brown returned from a high ankle sprain to record 3 catches for 27 yards on 10 targets. The film might be even uglier than the box score suggests.
Jaguars RB Bhayshul Tuten rushed 12 times for only 39 yards in Sunday’s loss to Houston. But he delivered through the air with 4 catches, 48 yards, and a pair of TDs. And his fantasy day should have been even better.
Texans RB Woody Marks operated as the clear lead back in Sunday’s win over Jacksonville, his first game without David Montgomery. Marks led Jawhar Jordan in snap share (78% to 22%), carry share (61% to 26%), and target share (10% to 3%). But his lackluster efficiency left fantasy managers wanting more.
Rams RB Kyren Williams entered Week 6 with a 60% to 33% carry-share edge over Blake Corum. That gap shrank to 50% to 45% against Arizona, as Williams finished with 50 scoreless yards on 10 carries.
Cardinals RB Zonovan Knight led the backfield with 80 rushing yards against the Rams. His 15 carries came in three behind Tyler Allgeier’s count, while Allgeier lagged well behind in yards per carry (2.1 to 5.3). Both backs saw increased usage with Jeremiyah Love (ankle) inactive.
Colts CB Sauce Gardner left Sunday's loss to the Titans with a calf injury that appears likely to cost him at least one more game. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that Monday testing revealed a "mild" strain that "makes him week-to-week."
Rams QB Matthew Stafford posted strong lines of 281-3 and 259-4 in two 2025 meetings with Arizona. His first matchup with the Cardinals this season was quieter, though, as he finished with 222 yards and 2 TDs.
Eagles QB Jalen Hurts will miss the rest of the season after doctors discovered blood clots in his lungs on Saturday, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Hurts will go on blood thinners and is expected to be sidelined for 3 months. He's expected to make a full recovery.
Jets WR Garrett Wilson managed only 4 catches for 44 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Patriots. Four of his six targets surfaced in the fourth quarter.
Texans QB C.J. Stroud posted 312 yards, 3 TDs, and 1 INT in Sunday’s narrow win over Jacksonville, finishing as the QB3 ahead of Monday Night Football. It gives him two top-three fantasy finishes over the past three weeks.
TE Will Mallory led his position in playing time for the Colts' loss to Tennessee on Sunday while drawing the team's third-most targets. Mallory got six looks but tallied only 2 catches for 21 yards. He watched TE Mo Alie-Cox snag Daniel Jones' only TD pass on Alie-Cox's lone target of the game. TE Pharaoh Brown added a 7-yard catch on his lone target (and lone route). TE Drew Ogletree nearly matched Alie-Cox in playing time, trailing him 12-9 in routes, but drew nary a target.
WR Keenan Allen led the Colts in most receiving categories for Sunday's loss to the Titans. He drew a game-high 11 targets (28.9% of Daniel Jones' targeted passes), logged 8 catches (a 36.4% share), and produced 82 yards (30.5%). He doubled WR Josh Downs in receptions (4) and yards (40) while quadrupling the catch total of any other Colt. It was the second straight game in which Allen beat Downs in targets and catches and the third straight time he led the pair in receptions. (Allen missed Week 4 with a groin issue.)
Colts QB Daniel Jones heads into the Monday night game just outside the top 12 scorers at his position for the week, but that's not because he played well or put up big numbers in the loss to the Titans. Jones completed just 22 of his 42 passes for 269 yards (6.4 yards per attempt) and 1 TD with a pair of INTs. The 52.4% completion rate marks a season low and also marks the third straight week in which Jones has set a season low. He's now averaging an INT per week to accompany just 4 TDs. Jones also took a season-high 6 sacks from a defense that entered Sunday averaging 2 per game. The one think Jones did better than in previous outings was run, gaining a season-high 30 yards on his three attempts. The first five games found Jones averaging just 5.0 yards and reaching 10 once while never exceeding that number.
