He figures to be active on Sunday against the Patriots if RBs Damien Williams (rib) and Darrel Williams (hamstring) are out. Ware won't be a bankable Week 14 fantasy option, but his addition puts a damper on RB Darwin Thompson's outlook.

The Colts have placed RB Spencer Ware on the reserve PUP with his undisclosed injury. That knocks him out for at least the first 6 games of the season, but NFL Network's Ian Rapoport tweets that Ware's season is over. His absence leaves Jordan Wilkins as the Colts' #3 RB behind Marlon Mack and Nyheim Hines.
