Texans RB Lamar Miller ripped off 107 yards and a score on 21 carries in Sunday's big win over the Colts. He had a pair of 20-yard runs, plus 6 more of 5+. His TD came from 2 yards out in the 2nd quarter. Miller also caught his only target for 15 yards. He's now racked up 300 total yards and 3 scores in 2 games vs. the Colts this year -- but just 872 yards and 2 TDs in his other 11. Miller shared the backfield almost evenly today with Alfred Blue, who carried 16 times and saw 1 target. Both guys benefitted from the Texans playing with the lead and finishing with a 41-to-24 run/pass split. That obviously won't be so drastic most weeks. Miller does get another plus draw in Week 15 at home for Jacksonville's middling run defense. Miller tallied 83 yards against them back in Week 10.

RB Lamar Miller has re-signed a 1-year deal with Washington, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. Miller joined the team in the middle of last December but never hit the field. He turns 30 in April and will just be insurance behind RBs Antonio Gibson and J.D. McKissic in Washington.

Miller, Ryan Nall and Cordarrelle Patterson will handle backfield duties tomorrow with RB David Montgomery sidelined with his concussion. It's a situation to try to avoid.

The Bears have signed RB Lamar Miller to their practice squad. Miller couldn't make it in New England after last year's torn ACL and is nowhere near a lock to earn a role in Chicago. But the Bears are hurting for RB depth after losing Tarik Cohen for the season. We'll keep an eye on Miller but wouldn't be adding him to fantasy rosters right now.
