Former Titans TE Chigoziem Okonkwo agreed to terms with the Commanders for a three-year deal worth up to $30m. TE Zach Ertz entered free agency, leaving the Commanders with John Bates and Ben Sinnott as the only TEs on their roster. Okonkwo should step in as the starter in 2026 with Bates and Sinnott handling duties in 12 personnel. With Jayden Daniels at QB (and currently a lack of receiving options behind WR Terry McLaurin), Okonkwo could be a sleeper TE this season.

He spent a year with the Giants, another with the Chargers, and then six with the Seahawks. That's where he grew into a starter. But Seattle traded him after three starting seasons in favor of Sam Darnold.

But a Week 2 leg fracture derailed that campaign, and Pacheco never got back to his previous form in 2025.

Joining the Steelers will meet Dowdle back up with HC Mike McCarthy, who piloted the Cowboys for the entirety of Dowdle's time there.

The Seahawks have agreed to a three-year deal with WR Rashid Shaheed. ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that it'll pay $51 million in total, with $34.7 million of that guaranteed. Seattle traded fourth- and fifth-round picks to the Saints for Shaheed ahead of last season's trade deadline.

The Broncos are nearing an agreement to re-sign RB J.K. Dobbins, according to beat writer Zac Stevens. Dobbins ran for 772 yards and four TDs on 5.0 yards per carry across 10 games for Denver last year. His season ended in Week 10 with a foot injury that required surgery, although it seemed like Dobbins had a chance to make it back had the Broncos reached the Super Bowl.
San Francisco agreed to a three-year, $60.4 million deal with longtime Buccaneers WR Mike Evans, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Evans spent his entire 12-year career in Tampa Bay after being selected seventh overall in the 2014 NFL Draft, leaving as the franchise’s all-time leader in receptions (866), receiving yards (13,052), and TDs (108).

He spent his first five years with the Jaguars after arriving as a first-round pick, outlasting head coaches Urban Meyer and Doug Pederson before playing 2025 under Liam Coen. Etienne turned 27 in January. He's getting a four-year, $52 million pact with New Orleans, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
